Very well run and super organised. Every effort was made to make your stay comfortable. Dressing gowns were provided and the honesty bar was also a nice feature. An excellent breakfast too!

Everything was absolutely excellent and such a superb B and B. Our rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the choice for breakfast was far beyond expectations and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely gardens, plenty of parking, would highly recommend

Very nice and warming staff, the team are so lovely. The place was tidy and clean, plenty of refreshments and came back every night to a tidy bed after the beach. Very efficient! The chefs were very kind and gave great service, I love those polish pancakes they make!! Great garden space, definitely recommend.

The shower pressure was not very powerful, although I was still able to have a shower.

Breakfast was lovely,presentation really good. Table setting was very comprehensive,excellent service.

Nice place close to the sea in "holiday" village. Exceptionaly friendly host and staff with excellent service and breakfast. Beautifull shared garden, free parking and walking distance to pubs and village shops. Rooms are nice and well equipped, bathrooms are small, but good enough for their purpose.

The Coast Yard is a little oasis in the middle of Selsey. The entire property is very well maintained and clean. Our room was comfortable and bright. The dining room and outdoor space is delightful and the breakfast, which was very well presented with lots of options was delicious.

What a gem of a place. Clean, beautiful garden, relaxing atmosphere. We was made to feel very at home by the owner. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was bountiful and extremely tasty and fresh, with a wide variety of choices available. We were only supposed to be staying 2 nights but as they had availability we decided to stay longer. We did have to change rooms but even that wasn’t an issue the

I didn't arrive until 8.00pm as I was travelling for business. I was made very welcome and shown to my room. Extremely clean, lovely room, superb breakfast and would definitely stay again.

The place was spotleclean. Rooms were excellent and very comfortable as we're the facilities. Damon and his staff are first class people who go the extra mile to help. Breakfast is exceptional. A truly wonderful place to stay.

We had a chalet room which opened on a lovely garden and away from street noise which worries my husband. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a good TV. Each morning started with an excellent breakfast served by very friendly staff. This proved a good time to chat to other guests in a room with a bright, happy atmosphere.

The shower and facilities attached to the room we had (which probably does't apply to all rooms) were cramped and we had difficulty regulating the shower. We could only receive WiFi by going into the main hotel building. As we are not very good walkers we found it easier to use a car to go to restaurants, the beach etc.

To be honest we liked everything about this Bed and Breakfast, the location, the friendliness of the staff and owner. The rooms were immaculate, loads of room, the beds were very comfortable and had the best sleep ever. The garden which we looked out on were well kept. The breakfast oh my god was to die for, the scrambled eggs were so light and fluffy. The English cooked breakfast was excellent as well, lots of choice. Nothing was a problem. Will definitely going back there again for another stay.

The room was comfortable and the bedding had beautiful lace trimmed pillowcases. The English Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff very friendly and welcoming. The garden outside lush with a lovely laburnham tree.

Everything from the host,staff to our comfy bed. And the lovely breakfast.. Couldn't complain about anything cause everything was spot on. Highly recommended. Will definitely go there again. Loved it.
