Staff was very nice and because it was our wedding anniversary we received a beautiful flower bouquet at our room. Breakfast is very good and in a beautiful room with a cosy fireplace.

This hotel is excellent located to take strolls throughout Cusco. The old building is well maintained and offers a unique charm. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast, especially the coffee, could use a bit of enhancement. Throughout our stay in Peru, this was by far the worst coffee. we assume we were unlucky, but the Wi-Fi in our room did not work well.

Very limited electric sockets in the room. We had to charge one of our phones overnight in the bathroom.

Great location and perfect for solo travelers. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is very nicely decorated, with beautiful outdoor areas.

Very good location. Fast check-in and check out. Well organized transfer from the airport (free) and a taxi back to the airport (20 soles). Good breakfast. Coffee and tea available through the day in a cozy lounge. Filtered tap water available at the hotel.

The room was very cold at night. The hotel has central heating but it was not on during my stay (lower temperatures at 2-3°C). The room has a good size for one person, but possibly small for a couple.

Beautiful and carefully renovated colonial house close to Plaza de Armas, but very quiet. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to organize our stay and our visits in Cusco.

I liked the decor, a mix of history and modern art. It was very clean and conveniently located near Plaza de Armas.

It was a bit noisy. I could hear people next door showering and moving outside the room even though the hotel wasn’t full.

lovely room, staff, location. clean, warm rooms with heaters. breakfast was great!

showers were temperamental - sometimes cold, sometimes warm but with frequent scolding hot water jets making shower quite unpleasant!

We stayed before and after 2 different adventures. They stored our luggage for us and even had it waiting in our new room when we returned. The hotel was beautiful with multiple lovely sitting areas. Breakfast was fantastic with multiple options including dairy free milk! Staff was very kind, welcoming and helpful. The location was very convenient and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go right from the hotel.

Good location a few blocks from city main square. Beautiful building in colonial style, very well preserved and totally Instagram-ready. Best of all: when a unexpected strike made us change our plans and made us stay longer in another city, they were so understanding that they cancel one of our reserved nights without charging for it.

Wi-fi didn’t reach inside the room.
