Great hostess (smiled to us all along our stay), diverse breakfast, nice pool, exceptional view.

Sveti Stefan is not the ideal place to sleep at during off-season (end of October for instance), as finding restaurant for dinner was very difficult

Staff was very helpful and communicative. Marco and Vesna were great. There was a cat and she was very cute. We liked the room. The view was awesome.

Assurdo pensare di pagare 100€ per una notte e ricevere l'informazione ( solo dopo averla chiesta in maniera specifica al nostro arrivo, via messaggi l'informazione non era stata condivisa ) che il parcheggio non è compreso ed è di 30€ a notte. Comprendo la posizione e tutto, ma da una struttura 4 stelle non mi aspetto nemmeno di dover controllare se il parcheggio è compreso o meno

- very kind receptionist! - breakfast was good although really slow - parking (avaialble for an extra fee) was near and practical

- we paid for a sea view apartment, what we got was definitely not a sea view room! A partial view at best would fit more the descprition. The view was one of the reasons why I chose the hotel so I was deeply disappointed. - bed not comfortable (very soft - molliccio for Italian speakers) - the temperature of the water in the shower, it was never coming out hot, but barely warm at max - the price on Booking was not equal to the price we paid (which is a first for me, as generally booking is showing the total price including city tax) - one still has to do a floor with the suitcases before taking the elevator. In addition, a consideration not related to the hotel but that may be helpful to other travellers: Sveti Stefan is really small and being that the island is not accessible I do wonder if it makes sense to sleep there. If you are looking for a convenient beach probably yes, otherwise I think it may be worth to stop in Budva instead.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer war ein Highlight (in der Deluxe Suite 🎉) Nachdem wir 2 Tage früher abreisen mussten, wurden uns die 2 Tage nicht berechnet - vielen Dank dafür.

Frühstück war zwar gut, aber eintönig, mit verpackten Konfitüren und Aufstrichen, Wurst/Käse/Obst/Gemüseteller täglich gleichbleibend 🙈, Cappuccino etc. nur gegen Aufpreis (Filterkaffee inclusive). Das Badezimmer war zwar sehr schön, aber es gab kein heißes Wasser (trotz Reklamation), keine begehbare Dusche (s. Beschreibung), Whirlpoolfunktion in der Badewanne war außer Funktion, Der Spabereich und der Indoorpool waren leider geschlossen.

Sehr grosses Lob an das ganze Personal. Dieses war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Location and staff were excellent.

The hotel has an aristocratic character, and the room we stayed at was very beautiful, spacious, and nicely decorated, with a view to the sea. It has a mini bar, a small fridge, a boiler, glasses, and cups. The bathroom is also quite big. The mattress of the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and polite.

The balcony of our room had a view to the sea but not to sveti Stefan island, which was the reason to book at that hotel and for the price we paid. The breakfast was served and was fine but for the price we paid we thought that the quality and variety would be higher and bigger respectively. If you come by car, note that free parking is impossible in the area and you either have to pay at the hotel 30€ per day or find another parking space that you should not pay.
