The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Our room was a good size, modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was very good, and the staff were great! This is a great location if you plan to visit both the Rigi and Stoos areas.

Because the hotel is right in the middle of town it was very loud on a Saturday night. The room was warm and stuffy, so we had to keep a window open which did not help with the noise level.

What a gem of a property! My friends & I loved our stay in Schwyz! Our stay was at the close of our trip and Schwyz offered the quaint charm we love about Switzerland, beautiful nature, and convenient shopping a few bus stops away at Ibach so that we could get our souvenirs and chocolate (Victorinox factory store and Mythen Center to name a few places.) We traveled by train and needed to catch a bus from the station to the Schwyz Zentrum stop. Our hotel was a four minute walk from there and was right on the town square. Our rooms were huge and nicely appointed with large windows that had beautiful views on either side of the hotel. There were coffee, tea, and water stations on each floor. Beds were oh, so comfy and the bathroom was spacious. The staff allowed us to keep our luggage there the next day while we explored nearby Stoos and the Fronalpstock. The cost for the Stoosbahn was included in this year's Swiss Travel Pass, the extra 30chf for the chairlifts to the top of the Fronalpstock was worth it for the beautiful views it afforded over the eastern part of Lake Luzern. Snow had fallen the night before which limited our walking around too much at the top as we weren't equipped. (last year I enjoyed riding the first chair lift down and getting off at the mid station and walking the rest of the way down to Stoos.) When I'm back in this area I've found my favorite hotel!

The room was generally clean, with the exception of the bathroom thrash, that was not removed from the previous guests. The hotel is in the center of Schwyz, close to the bus stops and you can easily reach Brunnen by bus. There is coffe and water always available and fresh fruits in the room on arrival. The breakfast was good.

We arrived outside the front desk working hours and we had issues to enter the hotel as the intercom system was not working. After calling them and some waiting time in front of the door we managed to enter the hotel. The trash from the bathroom was not removed after the previous guests. It was cleaned the the next day after we mentioned this. The room description is a bit misleading, as one of the advertised room ammenities, the slippers, is not provided. The breakfast was good but some vegetables could enhance it. The bedside tables/nightstands are too high compared to the bed, and one could easily hit them during the night.

The beds were very comfy and the room was spacious. The bathroom was very nice too. The staff was friendly.

The room was truly uncomfortably warm. Perhaps because there was no fresh air inlet? It was hotter than our (non-air-conditioned) apartment. A minifridge in the room would have been welcome. The breakfast was very disappointing. Food and drinks were not restocked, probable because they were understaffed (only 1 person in the whole restaurant). Scrambled eggs were gray and rubbery and the provided egg-cooker was broken.

The hotel is newly renovated, everything is nice and tidy. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. It's in the centre of town, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is delicious with a lot of choices.

The room with the mountain view is facing the square with early starting traffic in the morning. Ask for a room facing the other direction if you are a light sleeper.
