The apartment was clean and looked just like the photos online. It was close to everything and just minutes from downtown. Our only downside was the stairs. There are about 20-25 stairs leading up to the apartment which was a little hard for us as we are in our sixties! So if you don’t mind the stairs then this is the perfect place for you!

We were very happy with the accommodations. Very clean and close to a lot of activities.

Great location to everything in Saratoga the only think would been nice is telling us about the steps coming up to the apartment and the shower needs handles to get in and out of shower for older people

The apartment was very roomy and comfortable. We were disappointed that some of the woodwork (entry way and 1/2 bath) seemed to have been chewed on by a dog. The faucet on the sink was not secured to the sink and there was no liquid soap in the 1/2 bath and no extra pillow cases (although there were extra pillows). The property owner was very receptive and answered our questions rapidly.

Had access to all that is available close to downtown Saratoga! I would not hesitate to return for another stay.

This was the perfect apartment for our weekend get away. Such a great location, easy to get everywhere you want to go! Russ was very easy to get ahold of and communication was great! Apartment was so cozy, relaxing very and clean. Will absolutely come back !

An apartment above a Subway restaurant? Yes!! This large and spacious 1 bedroom was extremely comfortable for our 4 night stay. It was well appointed and we needed nothing. The place felt like quality all around, including the kitchen and the baths. We like to walk so the 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants was easy and there were sidewalks, so no safety issues. Many restaurants had outside seating availability and the city was charming. The huge nearby park had fantastic walking trails and a culture center and a golf course and a pool and more. If we return someday (and we will), we would absolutely be happy to stay in this apartment again. Thanks for taking good care of us.

Stayed here with wife and two kids. Perfect size for us. Beautiful kitchen was great for home cooked meals. Family room was perfect for hanging out. The smell of fresh baked bread everyday from restaurant below was an extra bonus. No problem staying in touch with owner via text and cell. About a 10 minute walk to Congress Park and the heart of Saratoga, no problem on nice days. Great stay!

Absolutely great place. Super nice and new, great kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms and living area. 6 out of 5 stars. Only down side is that it is a little far from downtown, but on the other hand, the parking was super easy. I will stay there again without a doubt.

We stayed at the Saratoga Springs apartment for three days in early October. We walked into a bright, roomy, spotless living space, where we immediately felt at home. Despite being on a main street and above a retail location, it was very quiet and private. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything needed whether we felt like staying in to cook, kicking back with a coffee in the morning, or having cocktails in the evening. A small example of the thoughtfulness we found during our stay was having the option of a Keurig or our preferred choice of a standard coffee maker. In other VRBOs we have stayed at, we have had to buy basics like a frying pan and cooking utensils. Here, we had everything we needed down to the small things like a cheese grater and a pizza cutter. The couches, kitchen island barstools, and bed were all extremely comfortable; it was evident the owners did not spare any expense. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet that was great for organizing our suitcases and keeping our other belongings out of the way during our stay. Another detail we appreciated was not only having an iron but also a steamer – not to mention the high end washer and dryer (with detergent) along with all of the other appliances. The owners were easy to communicate with and responded immediately by text if we had a question. My wife and I have both travelled extensively for work and pleasure over the past twenty years, and this experience with all of the comforts we could ask for and more, ranks as one of our top experiences.

I stayed at this apartment while attending a conference at the Saratoga Hilton. It was a great option, very tastefully furnished, with a well appointed kitchen and everything you might need. I highly recommend this for a couple or single staying in town on business or pleasure. The owner, Russ was only a text away and was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The second floor apartment is newly completed. Located on the main route into Saratoga over an established retail business it was easy to venture out on bikes to Saratoga state park less than a 1/2 mile south or north for downtown restaurants and shopping.. The contemporary decor features quality furnishings that feels like a luxury hotel suite. The shared entry is well lit and had free ample parking.. The two baths made it easy for one of us to get up early without disturbing the other person sleeping in.. It was defiantly a great choice for our visit to Saratoga over the Labor Day weekend.
