The mattress was so hard and springy! Cold tap hard to turn in shower.

Eggs were hard. Continental would have been better.9

reverse cycle unit above the kitchen cabinet - hot air could not circulate around the room. we had setting to 30 degrees yet it took 4 h to heat the room and we were very cold shower room basin mixer was in a corner and water kept splashing out onto the counter as spout wasn’t long enough away from side. ventilation fan wasn’t working in shower room

Location was good for local food areas. Breakfast was a benefit. Price was reasonable if the facilites worked.

Had to change rooms as the first was dirty after a poor cleaning job. A previous guest had blocked the TV channels with his/her passwords and so it was very difficult to view ABC TV. Maintenance of facilities was poor as fan in bathroom did not work and the heater/air cond needed servicing.

broken furniture, dirty carpets, curtains, cutlery, crockery, shower, lamp, lights wobbly power points, water leaking on floor in bathroom, slippery tiles, door not secure and more. left early and said no refund!

the complimentary breakfast was good except a large group were also booked in and we came in at 7:15 am and most of the bread was already used.

There seemed to be a family living in one of the units and during the evening there was a big domestic altercation with yelling and arguing. Noise from the highway was very annoying overnight and especially early early morning.

Fine reception. Coming into a huge room with great fresh bed(s) with good length. All clean and comfy. Great shower, strong water and good height for me as a Dutchie (1.90m). Locationwise there couldn’t be any better place in Traralgon.

The free breakfast could do with some more variety like fresh cheese and regular/proper coffee.

Location was good. The staff were willing to help out with an enquiry.

The rooms are very dated and need renovation. The standard of cleaning was poor. The beds were uncomfortable. The whole place had a shabby feel to it. The included continental breakfast was very basic.
