Beautiful villa with stunning views. Rooms very spacious and well appointed. Great welcome from Rod the owner who was a great source of local information.

If I was being really picky I’d say access is a little bit of a trek but actually after fabulous food in Bagni di Lucca probably not a bad thing.

We had a five star experience in a B & B. The views were breathtaking from our room and from the various sun trap terraces, the sound of the river was like a lullaby easing us to sleep each night. The room was big, airy and bright, bathroom perfect, Egyptian cotton bedding. Freshly cooked pastries, fruit and yogurt for breakfast. Rod the Host went above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful. Cannot recommend it enough to anyone. We are well travelled and this was a real discovery, better than most five star hotels as Rod's Irish charm gave it the element X!

Rob is a very nice host - he was so kind to put on the fire in the fireplace ( some chilly days). the villa itself is awesome, lots of love went into the deco. We especially loved the terrace & the view.

Super nice staff! The room was more than comfortable and the house so elegant. Plus: an amazing view of the old town on the river. Highly recommended

The owner was very friendly and helpful, location was really good, room had views over the river and it was very clean. We were offered a very good breakfast with fresh bread, pastry and fresh fruit. Definitely will recommend and in fact we already did.
