Location was great as the beach was just a few minutes walk. The rooms were equipped with all the necessities and while the pools were quite lively most of the day, the night was quiet. The staff were so helpful in booking an airport taxi for us and helping us get accustomed to the area.

The property has a great location, just couple minutes to the beach. There are a lot of restaurants in the walking distance and a supermarket next door. The kitchen has all the appliances you need. The hotel has 3 pools and a nice sitting area.

The room and the kitchen were outdated. There was no hot water in one of the bathroom.

This is the perfect stay in Playa Hermosa. It is close to the airport so you can easily extend the final hours of vacation, or the best spot to start vacation. Its proximity to groceries,restaurants and the beach is perfect. Two pools is fabulous to relax in when you have had your fill of beach time. Amazing value for the money. Also quite family friendly.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was good, close to all kinds of facilities.

Breakfast was ample and tasty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We liked that there were kitchen facilities with coffee maker and refrigerator and equipment to cook with.

From the pictures on the website, we were not prepared to be right on the pool space with many people very close to our rooms. Signing a release that there would be no alcohol in the rooms and that cooking was not allowed did not represent what actually was occurring with all of the guests at your hotel. This was confusing since all the other guests were drinking alcohol and cooking meals in their cabañas with the well stocked kitchen. Doors that automatically lock when closed created an instant lock out with multiple persons in a single cabaña and only one key. No light bulbs in the bedside lamps. Shampoo and soap dispenser in the shower was not labelled.

Loved the location and the facilities. The airport shuttle ride with Carolina was excellent.

Swimming pools were great for kids. Hotel not overcrowded, easy walk to the beach, and convenient grocery store next door for supplies. All cooking pots/pans were available and clean.

We stayed here for 1 night looking for a hotel close to Liberia airport but close to the beach. It was perfect for our family of 5. The two bedroom room was spacious and comfortable, very clean. The staff were very helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool after a big day flying to Costa Rica. I would definitely recommend this place to people looking for a budget hotel close to the beach and the airport

The only complaint I had is that there was no hot water but it was warm outside so it wasn't a big deal at all.

Everything was fantastic for the value we paid. We received text message with information of checking in, rules, parking information, etc.before arrival. Staff were professional and fast. Rooms were clean, good in size. There are two swimming pools, soccer field, basketball court. All their rooms were fully booked and it didn't feel pack with people. There is plenty of green area and parking space. Breakfast was really good, they gave us a lot of food. They even let us take away our food (not many places offer this service).

People can still see inside the room from the side of the curtains. We couldn't find a way to complete close it.
