Not cleaned properly, dated and definitely not 4 stars. Overpriced for the standard of the room and had a terrible damp smell. Did not have Foxtel or DVD player as advertised

Beds were comfortable and good shower. Easy to find hotel. Receptionist was friendly .

Quite outdated, and needed maintenance. Door handles loose and bathroom paint was bubbled and lifting. Couch was stained. Dining chair legs were broken in all 3 chairs. Had to request towels as only provided 2 for family of 4. Could smell damp smell on arrival. The wing where our room was, was away from main hotel and doorway was behind the building, felt a little unsafe going to room at night especially as outdoor lighting was on a timer that didn't come on til quite dark.

Not much at all - The bed was just okay. But, There was a hole in the wall almost at roof level that was covered up with a Wifi sign with blue tack that fell off the wall. The website said there would be foxtel, that was a lie. I also read that there would be a clock radio, that was a lie.

See above review Also there was very long hairs on the blanket and all over the bathroom floor, they certainly were not mine as I have very short hair. It was also very noisy - doors banging late at night for example.

Leaking Shower, leaking fridge, Regular police visits and a drug bust in the car park. Associated resteraunt never seemed to be open. Booked this hotel by mistake due to the name being the same as another hotel in Knox.
