ダブルの部屋を利用したが思った以上に広かったさ

上階の宿泊客の騒音(飛び跳ねる音や大声)がずっと止まなかったのでくつろげず部屋を変えてもらったが、過去いろいろホテルを利用したがこの様な不快感は初めてであったのでとても残念だった。

It’s very convenient if you have an early morning flight.

Room cleanliness was very bad. I found a leftover snack on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor and table. The breakfast is so so.

Room was comfortable, kettle and fridge in room for tea, coffee and extras available in front foyer free of charge. Next time I will ask for extra pillows as the pillows are very low. Great access to the airport, all easily reached by the train. Breakfast buffet was very good and included in price.

Room is large. Breakfast buffet is good to above average. Many domestic and international airline flight crews use this property for overnighting, so the general quality has to meet corporate criteria.

Staff is reticent to use any language other than native Japanese (it's a Nagoya thing), so be ready for some challenges during check in. The automated check-in machines do not seem to work with international online booking, so you will likely have to wait for service with the front desk personnel. Room was not particularly clean, with residue in the bath and sticky food/drink spills on the table. General property condition is fair with lots of wear and years of scuffs and grime. There is a limited "fitness room" with some machines that was always locked and unavailable.

3階でも眺めよく海が見えた。 空港直結すごく近くて助かりました。

よく拭いたとは思いますが椅子に汚れのあとがあり気持ち悪かった。

Very convenient to go to Airport directly from Elevator to the Airport. easily.

While booking the hotel, it will ask the Card details....i assumed that i already paid the amount....to be frank i have not checked the deduction in my statement. In reception i am saying to the receptionalist i already paid. Shed told, yes many customers confused with this....

Small room but adequate for a one nite stay. Direct link to Chubu Centrair through covered bridge. Very convenient for those with early morning flights.

Pillows too soft & I had shoulder aches.

The hotel was in a good location and very easy to get to the airport. You just walk across the ramp and you are there. Also very easy to drop off our hire car and then walk to the hotel. The room had three beds in a row and the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel is getting a bit old and needs and update. It is pretty basic. The staff were friendly and helpful except for the dining room staff who were very confused! Our room was pleasant but had a funny smell so we asked for the window opener. The bathroom was tiny - reminded us of an airline bathroom! The shower was in the bath but worked okay. The rooms need refreshing as very drab. It was also quite expensive for a triple room.

朝食サービスの時間がフライト時間に合わず食べれなかった

Clearly stated that the room is booked for 3 pax with 3 beds…check in staff will try to wrangle another 2000-3000 yen for the “extra bed” and they need to talk to “management” at the back room to waive that charge.. am not booking through booking.com as a result of such an experience ..

Clean room

No information given about food or lounge activities. To expensive for overall location and quality of hotel. Charged more for room then original booking price. I didn't pay in advance so I guess hotel had opportunity to charge whatever they wished at check in. So I had no choice but to pay

So close to the airport (just across a covered bridge), and in expensive.

Staff weren’t as courteous as other Japanese hotels I stayed.

It's connected to the airport terminal 1 via a sky bridge. Friendly staff. Good air-conditioner, nice and cold small frig.

The bed has two flat pillows, not comfortable. Small room and toilet as the norm in Japan, The free breakfast was... free.
