The location was just the perfect spot for reflection and leisure. All day you just can sit and watch the sea. The nearby tavernas and beaches made the hole trip worthy. And Niko is very helpful if you need anything. It was a perfect vacation for me and my family

Relatively new property, on a hill, overlooking the village of Kala Nera and Pagasitikos bay, towards the southern tip of Mt. Pelion. Enjoyed the view from the balcony, as well as our time by the pool. Appreciated the mosquito net on the balcony door. There are parking spaces on-site. Enjoyed also talking to the owners (greetings from Luxembourg!). Property is easy to find, right after Sykia camping, to the street on the right side. Close to Gatzea and Kala Nera villages, where you can find many bakeries, coffee places and restaurants. Near to Koropi (Mpoufa) and Afissos (Kallifteri and Ampovos) beaches. Near to picturesque Milies village and Volos city, too. Could be a starting point for exploring south Pelion peninsula, as well. As my spouse wanted to stay more, but we couldn't, I made her a promise and that's what I'll use for the title of this review: we'll be back!

Well maintained small size hotel with an adequate pool and a private parking for the majority of the guest's vehicles. The stuff is friendly and efficient. Clean average size rooms with a kitcenette. The beach is within 5' walk from the premises. Prices are totally ok.

There's a mini kitchen but not a lot of supplies, only one cup for coffee, no knife to cut fruits, no bowls for yoghurt...

The location is very good and so are the facilities.

It took a long time to feel the air conditioning, the outside was extremely hot.

Amazing place, located right on the beach. Very easy to navigate to. the stuff was welcoming and helpful. We are two friends traveling with motorcycles and we were looking for a place to end our long day . we could park the motorcycles next to the room - perfect for us. the pool is clean and inviting' especially after long riding day so we enjoyed it of-course :-) the stuff recommended the tavern on the camping site just next to it ( 2 minutes walking). it locates on the beach with the see view - don't miss it!!! very good choices in the menu.

Nothing!!! All was perfect!! Parking available, very warm welcome, very clean, excellent swimming pool, equipped kitchen, Tavern by walking distance... Should we ask for more? we will be back in the future!!!

It's a great place. Nice view from your room, the terrace or the swimming pool around the whole bay. Very nice and helpful owners. Great place for kids with a non swimming and swimming pool. It's a great place for families to relax few days. Thanks for the time and we'll stay here again, when we're coming back to Greece

The kitchen didn't have much equipment, so cooking a full meal for the family could be difficult. However we didn't need it much - and from my experience with the owner, I'm very sure, it wouldn't have been any problem to ask for some additional equipment.

The rooms are very comfortable, it's a very quiet area, comfortable parking next to the rooms and a pool with a view to the sea. The owner is helpful and friendly.

You need a car to get around, or a 10 minutes walk to Kala Nera which can be dark during the night. It would also be great to have coffee and tea facilities in the room and maybe a vending machine in the hotel.
