When I arrived at the hostel everything was smoky and very dirty, there were a lot of cigarette butts. It's like a big group of smoking people just left here

The staff was generally friendly.

In the room, there is no space for anything. Not for the luggage, and also not for tall people in the bed. The room size is not adequate for 6 people IMHO. The luggage is not safe, you have to trust the other 5 unknown people whilst you are absent. When at least 1 person snores like hell, it's likely you won't sleep a minute that night. Generelly, the price is quite low which is okay, but I'd rather spend a few Euros more to be able to sleep nicely, or at all.

The stuff was very kind and helpfull, and did more than we could wish to make us stay there perfect. Hostel was located close to city (easy to walk to the city even with kids), but in a very peaceful area. There was a supermarket near to hostel, and we had cheap and delicious böreks and applepies from there for a breakfast, and sat on the hostels garden to enjoy those. WiFi was free and worked well. Hostel was really worth of price, and I would definitely go back there. We recommend The Comfy Hostel warmly, big thanks to stuff there ❤

Neglected rooms, galore everywhere, kitchen and bathrooms in very poor condition. I have a reservation until September 19, September 18, a guest arrived who said he had a reservation for my bed today. I explained to him that I had paid for the bed by 19. This man called the owner, who confirmed by phone that my reservation was up to 18. I pulled out a previously printed card with the guest's reservation and sent it to the owner. I will only have peace. The owner buys toilet paper and you often have to buy the paper yourself. Besides, there is information in the toilets, so as not to throw paper in the toilet, probably only in a plastic bucket? I do not comment on this. One guy was still smoking cheap cigarettes for nothing, that the stench of smoke disturbed someone not wanting to go outside.

Owners (Nikola and his Mom) are very nice and helpful, there was no problem with early check in after a terrible night travel to Skopje. The outdoor are is really nice and relaxing, grocery shop is just 3min of walking away. Additional service of laundry and dry of clothes was really good option in the middle of my travel. Some problems with WiFi, but Nikola solved the problems right away.

Location is a bit away from the city center and on hill, so it requires some time to reach it. Although the sign says "No smoking" some guests kept smoking in the room and in the living room until I told them to smoke elsewhere, leaving unpleasant smell in the space. Cleanliness issues in the bathroom, living room and the kitchen.
