We were left outside. The instructions we were send said we had to call, when we did someone picked up the phone who was rude to us and no one let us in. We were standingthere with our sleeping baby in the car and had to find new accommodation in the middle of the night. What a terrible people to do this to guests that already paid. I still need to receive a refund.

Location is 2 blocks away from the city center. Also close to Sans Souci gardens. Though outside was cold, we stayed in the apartment and it was warm and cozy. We were provided baby crib and it had a clean cattle for warming up water for our baby. Clean cattle is crucial for us when we travel with kids, we had seen some really bad ones even in 4 star hotels. Rewe is basically outside the door 50 meters away.

Carpet is tired and needs to be changed.

Very comfortable and with good mood. Great place, we will return for sure. :-)

everything was good, stay here for the second time. everything is great, but i would like to suggest a few things - add shampoo and some shower products to the room (there was only soap in the room), also we had an apartment for two and would like a double bed, not 2 single beds pushed together (or is it there was a double bed with two single mattress) but in general its really good place to stay.

Stayed there for one night. Arrive at 6pm or so on the holiday (the reception was closed but the instructions how/where to get keys were sent to us earlier and it was not a problem to find entrance/keys) and left at 10am (reception was open). We decided not to have a breakfast, so cannot comment on that. The location of this hotel is very close to the center of Potsdam and major places of interest for tourists. We did not use public transport as the center is very close (5 minutes walk). One of the entrances to Sanssouci Park is also 5-10 minutes walk away but since the park is huge, one may need to use trams or cycle or longer walk to get to the other side of the park We came by car, the hotel provides parking for free which was very useful. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and big (too big) for 4 of us. The room was on the third floor and it had two levels: first level has two (2) bathrooms (each with shower cabin and toilet), huge room (with TV, dinning table and sofa which I think may sleep one or two easily), little kitchen and one bedroom (with two single beds); second level has two bedrooms (one with huge bed that sleeps two and the other one with two single beds). A little kitchen in the room was a huge benefit: we warmed up some food we brought with us and used kettle. Overall, the room can sleep at least 6 easily without any issues and maybe more (if the hotel allows it). We could not find an elevator - I am not sure this building has one (I am not saying that I did not like that as the whole building is quite charismatic) The hotel is on the quite street (at least our windows were). The hotel is literally a minute walk to a supermarket (Rewe?). Stayed in late October; it was somewhat cold and we used central heating which worked perfectly. Overall, the room was (very) good value for money and we will definitely be staying there in the future, and maybe in bigger numbers.

Overall cleanliness and cosiness of the room. Everything worked fine (except WiFi - see below). Great that we could arrive later, get into the building through electronic code we received and keys from our room waited us in the property.

The only problem was WiFi. It was very poor at our room (one of top floors). To the extent that it was basically not usable. Not great, quite discomforting. We used a lot of our data. If you don't mind sitting in the corridor, you may not worry about that though.

Nice apartament, very close to the center of the city. Big quite enough of two people with a dog.
