it is beautiful, bed is so comfy, staff are so friendly, shower is like a warm waterfall, just incredible. wish we had been able to stay more than one night. breakfast was delicious. and there is a lift!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful when I forgot something in my room. I really liked my room and the view, also there were no moskitos. The location is really good too. I really enjoyed the breakfast, I also liked that you can have your coffee in the sun in a little yard. Also there is a good variety of salty and sweet things you can choose from, f.E. they serve fresh fruit.

The location.

The door wouldn't lock from the inside and were promised that it would be fixed, but never did. Even that didn't deter us from extending our stay for two more nights. We even rebooked the room as we were traveled to Msa for four nights and confirmed that a room was reserved. I offered to pay, but the receptionist told me not to worry it has been reserved. Upon return to Nrb called the hotel to make sure everything was ok only to be told that there was no room available. I said but I reserved before leaving and the receptionist (Amos) who I remembered him and he remembered me too. He said that a company booked the whole hotel so no room available. So my reservation meant nothing and we had to find another hotel and paid more than we were meant to.

The services overall were excellent and the staff were humble and willing to help at every point.

Very nice place, the service staff is very good, recommended.

But there are many mosquitoes, so I hope to improve.
