Spacious Family Bungalow
Dieses neu renovierte und wunderschön eingerichtete Anwesen befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer mit offenem Grundriss. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet für die Zubereitung von fast allen erdenklichen Mahlzeiten. Es gibt vier Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss, zwei davon sind Smart-TVs, sodass die Gäste remote auf ihre eigenen Fernsehkonten zugreifen können. Es gibt eine Doppelgarage mit Öffner. Auf der Rückseite des weitläufigen Außenbereichs befindet sich ein großer Grill.

The home itself is nice and large. I would not stay here with kids as there are very fragile items all throughout the house I did not have my kids with me thankfully or it would have been a problem I’m sure. When I checked in two smoke detectors were beeping nonstop and the master bedroom toilet would not stop running, it clearly had some sort of an issue to the point it kept me up my entire first night in the master bedroom so the rest of my stayed I slept elsewhere. The VRBO ad said they don’t do same down turn over but then the property manager said she had a booking the same night I checked out so she asked me to let her know as soon as I leave. No problem. But then when it came time to leave there was definite pressure from her to hurry up and get out so they could prepare for their next guest. I ended up leaving an hour before check out time to try to help them out. The landscaper came over on two occasions to weed eat the yard and woke me up both times showing up just before 7am so it would have been nice to have notice that he was coming ahead of time. Back patio was a mess from whoever was there before me but I didn’t go outside much so it was fine. Overall not particularly clean and the things like the toilet and smoke detectors definitely show the house needs better attention but it’s a very nice house in a great area so it was worth it overall.

We had a great visit with family in the Prescott area. The house was in a central location for them to come visit. It also had easy access to nearby park/playground for the little ones. Lots of room in the house for company. Only wish the piano was in tune!

Prescott Valley property
Had a great stay over the memorial weekend. House was well equipped and clean. The location was perfect with parks, entertainment, restaurants and shopping all nearby and at the same time the house was near the edge of the open desert which made for beautiful skies at night.

Lovely home!
It was lovely home which was beautifully decorated. It was extremely clean. Communication with the manger excellent. Info said the yard was fenced in which it was not. It did have a large kennel.

Great Getaway
The house was amazing! It was spot on from what we saw on the website. The house has a great open floor plan, and the TVs in every room were a big plus! We would definitely recommend this house for families to stay in beautiful Prescott Valley!

Sufficient for our needs
Place was great could use a bit of maintenance and cleaning. Tv in every room except kids room. Great host. Good size outdoor pen for dog. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful Home
The house was very beautiful and clean. We didn't have any issues. My mom just mentioned there was no sugar which made me laugh but we loved the home. We would definitely would recommend the home to friends and family. We would definitely stay again.

Staying in this house was GREAT. It so enhanced our stay and helped make the visit with our brother wonderful. Thank you so much for having the water there and bowl of goodies--they were most helpful our first night. Fun long weekend getaway!
An enjoyable place to come back to after hikes and a day trip to Sedona. The hospitality basket was a treat! A very quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom/bath is beautiful! We had a great time in the Prescott area - thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house is great - the yard, not so much....
The house is wonderful, clean and spacious. The beds are comfy.
There's a park and pool just a few minutes away where we walked our dog every morning, and took the grandkids when they visited. Many positives, but a few (easily remedied) negatives: if you cook, you will want to bring your own knives and saute pans, steak knives, etc. The yard is all weeds, lots of goatheads-not safe for dogs/kids.

DON'T PASS THIS ONE UP!
The cost is absolutely worthy this house. We will no doubt book this exact home again, and far in advance to make sure we lock it down. Couldn't be better...just all around "perfect" for what we were looking for. Super-clean, cozy and convenient.

Love the house. Very nice and clean. Great neighborhood. The welcome basket was wonderful chips and snacks. Bring shampoo and body wash there was none provided.

Heat wave, cool residence
Enjoyed our stay. This is one of the cleanest homes we have stayed. Molly does a great job and is readily available when needed. Really appreciated the air conditioning. Neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located for both golf and water activities. Enjoyed having the piano. Would definitely recommend.

Loved this property!
We loved our stay in Prescott Valley. The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Molly was a great host, she was quick to respond if we had any questions. The house was clean and stocked with any kitchen items we could need. The beds were comfortable and there were toys and games for the kids to play with. We were so sad to leave.

Spring Getaway
Our family stayed here while exploring the Prescott Valley & Prescott area. The home is well apportioned, kitchen adequately stocked. It's in a quiet and comfortable neighborhood. Everything is as pictured and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager is easy to communicate with.

Great Single Family Home
We where really happy with this property and our stay. Our family of 4 spent five days here. Great communication from Molly with prompt replies, the house was probably the cleanest we have used on VRBO, with a few nice little touches like a basket of fruit and snacks.
We didn't spend too much time at the house, but the pictures are accurate, everything worked great, and seemed to be stocked well. If you're a coffee lover like us, it has a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, also a grinder for your beans.
Overall a great stay and hope it will be available next time we are in town.

Just Wonderful!
We couldn’t have been happier with the place. It was clean. Comfortable. Great location in Prescott Valley and a short drive to downtown Prescott. We will absolutely be back to this home. The property manager was lovely and very responsive.

Pleasant Stay
The house was very clean and spacious. Has a very complete kitchen and bbq pit. We were two families and really enjoyed the space and aesthetics of the house.

Beautiful, thoughtful and clean
Staying at Molly's place was wonderful. She was easy to communicate with. There were very special personal touches like a welcome sign with my in the kitchen, a basket of goodies. It was clean and tidy. it was fabulous making music around the grand piano.

A GREAT FAMILY HOME
I had to go to AZ to work for 2 1/2 weeks. This house met my needs perfectly. Even though the office was in Cottonwood, the stay in Prescott Valley was perfect. The drive in was easy and the house was very comfortable. Molly, my house contact, provided the code for the lockbox on the day I was arriving. The house was easily accessible which is very important if you are traveling for work. Even though there were 4 bedrooms, my mom (who traveled up to visit me) and I only used two of them. All the beds had temperpedic mattresses for awesome comfort. They also had cool gel pillows which were so nice. The neighborhood was super quiet. No noise heard at all. The tvs were all smart tvs and all you had to do was sign in with your info and you were all set. Even my 80 year old mom was able to binge Netflix while I was working. We were close enough to several different activities such as Heritage Park Zoo, Jerome, Sedona, and several restaurants and stores in Prescott. Any questions we had Molly was very quick to respond via text. The house was very clean which put me at ease with the whole Covid issue. I would definitely stay here again if I come back for work or play.

Molly was awesome
Admittedly this started out rocky early reservation almost preempted by longterm rental opportunity. Water pipe in kitchen broke almost prompting stay but Bride and Brides family were staying here and Molly got wet vacs and hepa fans and saved the stay. We did go over budget to eat out but it was an unforgettable experience.

Relax & Enjoy
Communications couldn’t have been better. Molly was very responsive to our questions and requests and got back to us very quickly. Prior to our visit I asked Molly if there were grab bars in the bathroom. When we arrived we found that one had been installed in the MBR tub/shower for us. That’s great customer service!
The house is as described and shown in the photos. The beds are comfortable and there were very nice TVs in every room.
