Due to Covid-19, our family and friends got tired of being in the city but this is the perfect place to stay with nature. This is very clean and nice house than expectation, we all loved to stay and had a lot of fun. And it is very dark to see lots of stars at night. I wanted to come back this place again to refresh.

This home is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and has a great location if you want to feel like you’re away from it all! My family really enjoyed our stay, including the new hot tub and amazing views of Joshua Trees, gorgeous rock formations, wildlife, sunsets, and stars. We loved walking to Pappy & Harriet’s to eat & drink. Our beds were comfy and the huge TV was a hit with the kids. We stayed here during COVID pandemic and it was clean and we felt very safe. We got in easily and Xtina was quick to respond when we had questions. It was a great location for visiting Joshua Tree National Park and visiting with family in Palm Springs. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Our family of four and family dog enjoyed our stay over thxgiving break immensely . The ranch is so nicely done , very clean , huge backyard which we all enjoyed including the hot tub . As others noted the beds are very comfy ! The beautiful scenery , closeness to cool Pioneertown with shops and restaurants was a big plus . Xtina was super helpful and always responsive within minutes . Thanks for a great stay ! Would highly recommend staying here

Great VRBO! Totally accurate and great communication with Xtina, the property manager! We loved how close it was to Local restaurants and enjoyed the special touches like having a guest book to sign! Only constructive feedback, would be the couches were uncomfortable to sit on for longer periods of time (say, a movie) but a minor detail in an overall exciting, and magical weekend!

This place is amazing! The house is clean, fresh and spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the common areas were very relaxing. The outdoors space is huge and has nice dip pool, it's also so calming to sit back and see the stars at night. Xtina always answered my messages quickly, which I truly appreciate in a host. We would definitely stay here again!

We came to stay at Xtina's property as 3 couples, and it was such an excellent fit. The kitchen was fantastic and met all our needs, and the cowboy pool kept us cool during the heat wave. The beds are feather soft, and we were beyond comfortable. This is a great property.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this Pioneer Town home. It really is walking distance to Pappy and Harriets which was a plus for us as we love live music. It was great to walk there and back under a very starry sky. The home was comfortable for hanging out and the property is private and gives you a great sense of the expansiveness of the desert. It is close to both Pioneer Preserve and Joshua Tree, both of which we enjoyed hiking in. The managers were....awesome....easy peasy. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great 3 bedroom, recently updated it looks like. Large property to explore and great views everywhere. Super conveniently located to Pappy & Harriets and very easy to drive back and forth to Joshua Tree.

Great home surrounded by boulders and nature, perfect place to get away from the busy city life. Spent the Christmas holiday there, woke up to a view of distant snow covered mountains, as well as boulders to explore right outside. The house was very clean and loved the cowboy/cowgirl decor all nicely put together. The backyard is fun with a small barn for my 6 year old to play in or just to relax and watch all the different types of birds come around. Took a 5 minute walk out to Pappys and Harriets for food and entertainment, what a fun place! Owner was very responsive to all my questions and made sure I was able to check in and settle in comfortably. Thanks Christina!
