The size of the room was sufficient, Air conditioning is good and very cold. Amenities are good with working cold refrigerator Ice cube station was a good addition including the microwave oven and vending machines

Bathroom was small and needs to improve exhaust as the steam from the shower and odor has nowhere to go and spills into the room. Location is just ok as, nearest train station is 4 to 6 blocks both ways.

Buffet breakfast and their service is good. Triple rooms are spacious. Bathroom supplies are unlimited

Clean room, good location

The bathroom was clean and modern however the room itself felt a bit dated. Also, I know Japanese double beds are usually smaller than what we are used to in Japan however this one felt unusually small compared to other Japanese hotels we've stayed in.

First timer in Nagoya, it was easy to reach. 5 mins to station and hotel staff are very helpful and professional. They have laundry room on one of floor and I got change from reception. There's vending machine on laundry floor. And you can pick skin care sachets for daily use. They have shampoo, conditioner, blow-dry in room. A small TV is there and dining table. It's in walking distance to majority of nightlife, shopping area . Getting taxi was not hard as well and it's one of best locations. They do have restaurants in hotel and vending machines beside hotel. Definitely will go back and will recommend everybody to visit Hotel Silk Tree.

The locations if a few blocks away from a train station and access it is fairly easy. Middle of tourist spots

The room was very small. But this is pretty normal in Japan.

Cleanliness and complete amenities

Place was clean and tidy, The had a stand in the foyer to allow you to select different shampoo and mouth wash, etc

the double beds was too small. Very hard to fit two adults comfortably, which was probably due to the fact the room was narrow.

Typically efficient, clean, Japanese business hotel. Good location with lots of shops, convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

I didn't like the dark, gloomy breakfast room, and there were no Western options other than scrambled egg.

The breakfast is good, the variety is just enough for my start of the day. I love most is the complimentary hot drinks n coffee machine at the lobby.

The location is extremely good. The hotel is location tot to far away from public transport. There are many restaurants and bars open until late night close by. In general a good place to stay if you want to explore the Nagoya night life.

The hotel does have a retro feel to it. The room, though comfortable was small. Probably one of the smallest that I have stayed in recently. The window opened to the blank wall of the neighbouring building so the curtains were closed all the time. Almost no light in the room from outside. The other guests. There was some late night door banging and elderly lady who was definitely uncomfortable around foreigners. Maybe I was just unlucky. The staff were pleasant but over-explained at check-in though maybe it was useful information if you have never actually stayed in a hotel before in your life.

I liked the location close to two stations and city center. Also the cooperation of staff in extending stay for one more night.
