I really didn't like the awful open bathroom that flooded after every shower, the lack of toilet paper and the lack of interest by the hosts who were clearly more interested in their own holiday.

The first problem started with organising checkin, when I was told to message the hosts on my arrival at the train station rather than set a time to meet. My train was arriving at 14.00, I estimated my arrival at the apartment would be 14.30. The hosts said they had another event to be at then, even though this is checkin time, and just to message them and wait patiently for them to arrive, they were sure it would only be a short wait. They didn't want to set a time where they might have to wait if my train was late. I had told them my phone didn't work in Bulgaria, they assured me there would be free WiFi at the station. There is meant to be free WiFi at Ruse Station, but it doesn't work so I had to wander around in the freezing cold looking for WiFi. Eventually I had to ask in a hotel and they were kind enough to let me connect without being a guest. There was a message from the hosts asking where I was as they were at the property. I told them I was on my way and they insisted on paying for a taxi for me to get there quickly. Initially this sounded like a nice offer, but I am pretty sure it was in their own interests as they were definitely in a rush to get somewhere else. A subsequent property has told me that collecting certain data from guests is required by Bulgarian law, if so, the hosts failed at that and just rushed off after a quick glance around the property with me. It looked OK. I mean the kitchen is small and the shape reduces useable space, there is no lounge but there is an extra bed to relax on. However the absolute worst thing about the property was the bathroom. I understand the idea of open showers is common in Bulgaria, but I would expect that other people ensure the drainage is working. During a shower the whole bathroom floor gets covered in water that is higher than the soles of the shoes they provide to use. After the shower the water decreases a small amount, but is still a swamp.

It can get quite bright in the morning as the blinds are not complete in parts of the door to the balcony. Sometimes quite some noisy, like barking dogs and neighbors, but mostly quiet

It is very close to the city center, it has everything for a plesant time. Bonus, you can see the sunrise from the bed.

Close to the city center, free parking in front of the building, quiet. It's located on an upper floor but it has a lift It's a new apartment with all the amenities. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner left water, cola, chocolates, coffee, even magnets and the payment was left at the discretion of the turist.

We loved the apartment. It was in a wonderful location. It was beautifully clean and had all the facilities we needed and more. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony in the morning. I wo uld recommend the apartment 100% and look forward to staying there again.

It was very bright in the morning. Perhaps some heavier blinds but we loved the natural light.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It has all the equipments needed and is close to the center of Roussé. I had a wonderful stay there, and I would recommand it without hesitating!

Solid 10! New freshly furnished and spotlessly clean apartment with a nice view from the balcony. It is well decorated with attention to details. It looks exactly like on the pictures. The hostess lady is very attentive, positive, and speaks good English. We felt very welcomed and comfortable in Relax apartment. To our surprise the fridge was full of water and some snacks (and you can leave a tip in the box) which is a very nice touch. I would definitely RECOMMEND all the visitors of Ruse to book this place. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and it is 5mins walking distance away from the main square. Thank you very much for having us!

The apartment is not far from the city center (10-15 minutes walking) and there is free parking just in front of the house. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped.
