Excellent position, very kind owners, always available to accomodate any request. The appartment is well equipped and internet works pretty well for working remotely from there

It was a bit cold when we stayed there but the owners very kindly provided us with an electric heater, so eventually it was much better

Best host, nice surfer town and beaches

The property has a second bedroom which is great if you have a toddler who needs to get some sleep. The location was good as well, very close to sunny beaches, bakery and supermarkets. The host is very helpful and kind. Good value for money!

Parking in the near vicinity is fairly difficult, unless you drive a very small car. The small one-way street labyrinth blew my mind when google maps directed me into it. We opted for parking nearby some shops later. The shower could use an upgrade.

This apartment is managed by Rui who manages a pool of property in Ericeira and I had and have only great experience with him. Always friendly, helpful, great! This particular apartment is located just 80 meters from the beach (you have two more great beaches in about 200 meters from the apartment) in the center of old Ericeira with marvelous houses and great restaurants. A bakery with fantastic bread is like 40 meters from the apartment, a fish market - 5 walking minutes. We had a kitchen equipped with everything one needs (very good kitchen ware, everything new and of a very good quality), a dish washer and a washing machine were in the apartment. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable, with a balcony and enough space in the dining room. We have enjoyed the stay, and will gladly come back! (And yes - plums from the owner's garden were delicious, thank you!)

Everything was good

Excellent location in a quiet, less touristy part of the town, but just a short, pretty walk to the bustling town centre. Wonderful bakery/cafe round the corner, near a shopping parade with everything you could need and a great 'tasca' downstairs frequented only by locals with good, cheap food and great chillout music. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, no more no less, which is something to be appreciated.

Neither of these two things can be helped, but the first of the two flights of steps up to the apartment is a tad steep, which may be a problem for some people, and the bathroom is small, as the photos clearly show.
