Quando tinha muito movimento o café ficou um pouco devagar, pq o serviço a la carte demanda mão de obra esperta.

Melhor estrutura de Manaus, o quarto e o banheiro são bem espaços, o restaurante tem a melhor comida da cidade. O café da manhã é excepcional, uma verdadeira experiência. Tudo funcionou muito bem, o combo perfeito é o Hotel na cidade de Manaus com o da selva em Anavilhanas.

Breakfast was good, but the best thing was the bedroom. Very comfy and great smell

I felt sorry for the staff as a stupid man was yelling at them. The staff was being lovely but the guest was out of control and I even feel threatened.

Central location, lovely atmosphere inside, attentive and corteous staff, room of good size with great shower and fab toiletries made from local plants, breakfast in nice room with good choice, including regional food, good food at nice restaurant with lots of regional food at decent prices, swimming pool, nice lobby and other areas to relax in

Good location by the opera. Good standards for Manaus. Clean and comfortable bed. Excellent caipirinhas :)

The staff pushed me very hard to check out on time. Staff could be more friendly and go the extra mile. It was the first time I got a call to the room asking me to leave :) Service in general needs to improve in Manaus. Sometimes I think people are working under pressure and afraid. Might be a leadership issue.
