No era un apartamiento propiamente. La cocina no sólo estaba fuera en una zona común sino que además no funcionaba y no tenía ninguna comodidad. Por ejemplo no tenía siquiera jabón para lavar. Tuvimos que beber vino en taza. La nevera era un minibar dentro del dormitorio. El wifi no funciona. La ducha es incómoda. La cortina se desprende constantemente y se te pega a la piel lo que resulta antihigiénico y desagradable

Any issues we had have been immediately taken care of. They were very responsive and helpful. Plus, they were kind enough to offer us some good wine to make up for the inconvenience. I'd give the location 12 out of 10. Checking in was very easy. They also helped us with our luggage after check out. Overall it was a very authentic and pleasant experience.
We had an issue about cleaning which was taken care of right away, to our delight. Towels could be renewed. I don't think the smell which other reviewers mentioned was a big deal but it's there. It goes away when the AC is on. It is an old appartment so if you are super sensitive, it might be more convenient to go for a newer building.

This was so close (2 mins walk) to the main street in the Old Town. And easy to get to the out of the way bars and restaurants without going through the rally busy area. The property was full of character, exposed stone arch and wooden ceiling. It is lovely.
Just one minor thing that we couldn't open the bathroom window, because it opened onto the entrance walkway.

Great convenient location within the old town. I stayed 3 weeks to take it slowly and relax. The owner is a very nice and super helpful lady. My room was very clean, quiet and had a lovely traditional ambiance. The Wifi didn't work inside my room for a good part of my stay but eventually that was rectified and worked well. The old town is very atmospheric with loads of restaurants and all the sights are within very close walking distance. The beach with all the beach clubs and the area to get on boat trips is a 10/15 min walk from the apartment. There's a small convenience store 5 mins walk away from the apartments. If looking for a full supermarket, its a 10 min walk out through the nearest old town gate. The new part of Rhodes (outside the walled old town) is also an easy walk from the apartment. It is not luxury accommodation but I'd recommend if you are looking for a place that has a local vibe and character, is comfortable, clean, great location and reasonably priced.

the street is full with stones and it is very easy to fall and break a leg. furthermore it is not possible to roll the luggage in rhodos old town so I had to carry it for almost 1 hour. no taxis either I would rather stay close to the beach.

I was updated to a suite room surprisingly. The room is at the first floor, huge and wonderful with jacuzzi inside the bathroom.
The location is good and easy to find.
The wifi signal inside is pretty poor, you'll have to get close to the doorside to reach the signal. And since it's right above the backyard of a ground floor suite room, during the night, if other staying guests speak loud in the yard it could be very annoying.

The room was big and spacious with a comfortable bed and good sized wardrobes. There is a fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, hairdryer and ironing facilities. Very well equipped and location was perfect, right in the old town. The hosts were wonderful and easy to get in touch with, they even arranged our transport back to the airport for us. Overall a great stay and would recommend.
