Location, Proximity to Mt Buller, high plateau provides good view of the snow tipped mountain and the natural surroundings from the property(where abel to view kangaroo from room window) very spacious sitting/ lounge areas esp fireplace was very nice, Wifi worked well, Kitchen well equipped, were able to rent chains at Sebel Pinnacle Valley resort hotel just couple kms from here so didn't have to go to Mansfield.

Washroom door itself was missing in one of the rooms! couple of things were under maintenance. Heater wasn't working in couple of rooms. Especially for premium cost these things must have been taken care.

for a start the door was open and not locked. the fireplace looked great, wood was supplied but no matchsticks to light the fire. We were excited to see the coffee machine but, no Coffee pods. The kitchen utensils were clean and limited for such a big facility and paying premium price, you would expect to have cling wraps, al foil, a scourer or chuk wipe to clean dishes but, this were not to be seen. There was a washing machine and dryer but, no supply of washing powder to wash. on top of this they had a broken shower head in the basement rooms and then the bathroom sliding door. It almost felt like, pay the big money, come and stay but, don’t use any of our things.

The view of your the house was beautiful. The house was big enough for our group. Very clean and very nice place we saw birds witch my daughter loved

The middle draw in the kitchen was broken I was scared it was going to fall on her. The bed in the top bedroom was not very comfortable. And the pillow wear too soft.

Good location with fantastic view to Mt Buller Mountain. 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms which is good for larger group. Additional living room for entertainment with sofa bed.

No wifi, netflix , the blinds are not working so it's very hot under strong sun to the dinning room, kitchen. No private enclosed back yard and BBQ facilities.

Nice and warm. Beautiful views. Nice and quite. So close to Mt Bulla.

It would be nice with a fire place in the main living area.

There was nothing we disliked about the property it was a gem.
