Staff/owners: so hospitable and welcoming! They collected me and dropped me at the bus station..really above and beyond! Location: literally walk down to Long beach in 2 mins! Several cafes/restaurants and a mini mart at the bottom! Now its end of season (end September) so lots are closed but there's still a nice one open with good staff! And plenty on the main road 10 mins walk away. The apartments are super clean and has what you need to make tour stay comfortable. Bed super comfy and big too! There's a decent coastal walk from here to small beach and the old town. Lots of smaller beaches on the way too. Great value but greater hosts, thankyou!

Disaster! Look at the pictures and everything will be clear to you. We booked a two-bedroom apartment. But we got one small apartment for 2 people and room that was separated with a hotel corridor without a bathroom. Bathroom was in the corridor and we shared it with the other guests! The pictures on booking.com were completely different. The bathroom had 1m2 and a toilet and a shower together. No bathtub, curtain or shower cabin. When you showered, you got the whole bathroom wet. The room was dirty, the furniture old and damaged. Wi-fi only works on the terrace at the top of the building. It rained during the night and the the roof was leaking in both rooms. To all complaints, the owner stoically replied that we can take or we can go. Never again.

Everything is near by we no need to use car.

Near long beach, near restaurants and caffes. Owners are lovely, they picked us up from bus station and also drove us to the station on our departure. Terrace is wonderful and deffinetly worth the money, I’ e had every breakfast and dinner at that terrace.

kitchen not fully equiped - so bring your knife, spices etc

I loved the peace and serenity but above all the gorgeous view. The sun rise with the ocean could be enjoyed from bed just by opening the curtains. The bed was comfortable and everithing was clean and the kitchen had the required stuff. The host, Mr. Basha is a really nice man, I can highly recommend the place if you want some peace.

Very, very friendly owner. Really suitable for families with kids. Very close to the beach, just 5 minutes walking distance. Small market and pizzeria on hand.

Small, basic room, clean, outdoor kitchenette (small fridge and stove top, some dishes). Steps to a really nice beach, great view of the sea from the balcony, cold ac.

We loved this place! The view is absolutely fantastic, the apartment is clean and nice, we watched the sunrise every morning and the stars every evening. The hosts are great, very friendly and hospitable and we really felt like home. Next time in Ulcinj we won't doubt about a place to stay at. :)

The apartment itself is comfortable and the views over the Long Beach are stunning. Wonderful people running the property and excellent comms. Looking forward to my next stay at Basha.

Everything is clean and if you need anything, it will be provided. The staff tries to make you feel like home.

Great location, near the beach, pretty quiet for people who come to rest, pleasant hosts. Worth the money.

It's a bit in the hill, they should put that in their profile for inexperienced drivers

We had a very good short stay at Bahri’s apartment. Both him and his parents are very kind and helpful people. They helped us with everything we needed (and there was a lot!) and gave us the best advice including restaurant tips, parking with a big car. We even enjoyed our small talks, gave us a good feeling about the area. Sunrise on the balcony with the awesome sea view is priceless. Also our morning walk with the dog on the long beach will be a beautiful memory for us. The place is very clean, very good for families (including with fur babies = dogs! ;-) ), very quiet and nice neighbors. We forgot valuables in the room and Bahri was kind enough to bring them to us in the city. Many thanks again! Would definitely recommend this apartment while holidaying in Ulcinj.

Good location & size, friendly & helpful family run business, including Rio (dog). Lovely views, and great to have a mosquito net.

Very basic, kitchen not as clean as the rest of the apartment, not enough equipment for cooking. Whilst we were there, internet was flaky, we relied on local tourists SIM. Our feedback is based on Western European Standards, as we have not stayed in Montenegro before.
