Pretty spacious and clean room, host Debora lives in the house and is very nice and helpful, small breakfast surprisingly included for free, short walking distance to the historic old town.

Great place to stay, just a 5-minute walk into town and far enough away from the sounds of people. Although there is early morning traffic noise, itt wasn't that bad. The host was most helpful, recommending places to go and see. Mantova is a fantastic city, so much to see and do. Get a Mantova card from the tourist info centre. Even though it covers you for 3 days, you will benefit from it in a day.

Deborah was an amazing host. She welcomed us with very helpful advice and information. Offered us a welcome coffee. We were given a light breakfast (including her delicious freshly baked cake one morning) even though it was not included in our booking. Coffee, tea and water were always available. Although it wasn't in the historic part of town it was in easy access and midway between palazzo Ducale and palazzo Te. She let us leave our luggage there after check- out which was really helpful.

We liked the location and the price. However, we liked most the kindness and the good suggestions of the owner of the structure. Extremely suggested!

The bathroom is quite small, this is the only drawback we could find.

Debora, our host, was welcoming, kind and helpful. The room is small but comfortable, very quiet and clean. The position is excellent in order to reach both the city centre and Palazzo Te. The free parking is really close. There is a take away restaurant just opposite the building. Altogether it was a wonderful stay!

Everything was very good

Very good location: just few minutes walk from the old town. Free public parking is also very near. Good and quiet air conditioner. Very clean. Good place for a short stay in the city.

WiFi was not very stable. Bed was too soft for our taste. Shower is literally IN the room (behind the curtain), but for us as a couple it was not a problem.

Very nice appartment right at the edge of the old town. I would recommend it to a friend.
