• Overgrown front and back garden – you couldn’t walk out in the yard for the height of the weeds and the danger of snakes • Unkempt appearance (eg branches laying across steps), leaf debris everywhere • No latches for bedroom doors - With all of these adults in the house, and none of the bedroom doors had latches in them. None of them could close. • Neglected window furnishings and questionable safety issues in living room • Electrical wiring draped all around the living room, in a heap by the television and through the windows out to airconditioning units • Stained carpets – large stains on living room carpet, stains on the stairs • Stained dining chairs • Only lounge chairs for 2 – NOT as shown in the photos • Lack of glass ware – couldn’t even give glasses to that number of people, and certainly no wine or champagne glasses • No remote for tv • The hairdryer has been melted and covered in makeup and gunk • Only one out of 3 lights in the upstairs bedroom works • The downstairs toilet has a flush button missing • The fridge for this many people is woefully inadequate • The windows are filthy • No hand towels, No facecloths • Non-slip mats in the shower recesses to cover up disgusting cracks (laden with mould and germs?) • Dirty footmats • BED BUGS – one daughter and her husband slept in a downstairs room and went home with medically diagnosed bed bug bites • Kitchen drawers have refuse in them – the drawer under the cutlery had onion skins in it • The saucepans etc were on the floor of the pantry where rodents, cockroaches etc had free access Booking.com ARE UNAVAILABLE TO CONTACT

The property was old and need a good clean before it rent it out. also I have to mention about the neighbour, next door neighbour was horrible. he always come Straight to the our Property and have to say a lots of things, like parking, Noises,footsteps,you can’t come at night, vehicle headlights and more. also he blocked the city view with a banner.

Property has lot of space but it can be maintained in a better way. Especially cleaniliness

The house was huge and comfortable for our group of 11. We had a wonderful time and our host was very kind and helpful.
