Old and run down. The bathroom sink is so tiny and worn out.
The worst worst of all things is the Lifts. The accessibility to the lifts is the worst ever i have experienced. First there are only 2 working lifts. There are so many people. On average we wait for at least 20 min to take a lift down or take a lift up. And we only can do this if we take a lift all the way up to top floor and then come all the way down to ground.
It’s so frustrating and with luggage’s it’s a NIGHTMARE!!
We will never stay in this hotel ever. And the lift is so super slow

The property is near shopping centre and very easy to looking for foods.
The lifts for the guests are always full.

Convenience as it is beside KSL Mall.
Easy to access to the apartment.
Perfect for a short getaway.
1. The lifts - hopeless. So many people, so few mid to low speed lifts. Took forever for the lifts to come at the floor you are waiting for, and always full. Will take 15-20 minutes to get from 1 floor to the destination.
2. The glass panel in the toilet - neighbours can easily see the shadows of people in the bath area.
3. The sofa in the living room - too old and low quality.

Clean and have private lift.
Day 1, Toilet flush not working. Asked the in charge and they resolved it. washing machine also spoilt. This, the end result is nothing can be done.
I stayed for 3 days 2 nights: on day 2, the water supply was suddenly cut off. Heater was turned off too. Took like few minutes for the water to start trickling again but this is the max volume we can get. End up we have to bathe in cold water. Thought is only for the night but next day is still the same.

Cleanliness acceptable
Bed description says got 2 futon beds and 1 sofa beds, but these are actually 2 thin mattresses kept in wardrobes. 2 of us had no bed to sleep. After my feedback, the management only offer RM 30 ringgit compensation, less than 10% of what I paid. I felt cheated.
Also got the key late, about 15-20 mins after official check in time.

The theme Avengers is not only in living room but in every room. The kids so happy to see all the wall painting & display. Especially the dinning table. It had more than enough beds for 8 pax.
Everything is clean but still have some mosquitos & small crocroach.

All the facilities are provided except for some minor issues. The whole apartment is very clean and spacious. My whole family really enjoy our short stay. We would like to come back to this apartment in future.
There are not much cleaning items for us to use to maintain the apartment…

Very nice aprtment, good location and host was very helpful.
Small cockroaches in wardrobe and a lot in kitchen especially at night makes the stay uncomfortable.

The place was really good and convenience for us...do like because it's a private lift for my family..the check in and check out also it's clear and easy..ksl will always be my choice.
The only thing I don't like is there's a few small cockroach that in the kitchen cabinet..and all the toilet paip is leaking..
The last thing is the swimming pool..when I ask about the swimming pool did we have to pay? she just told me is free but didn't explain about the dinosaur swimming pool was not been told clearly that need to pay rm20 for each and did not accept cash..only accept other type of payment...that me abit of dispointed.

the location is great as expected. having a bath tub was nice as my kids liked playing in it. internet connection was good.
access passes did not work fully. both cards issue could not access to ksl city mall resulting to us having to walk longer to get inside. also, access cards did not work for access into the carpark, which was annoying as the security guard would question why I am trying to enter the carpark before reluctantly opening the gantry. when informed to person in charge, I was told to manage it on my own as this issue can only be resolved the following Monday which is after my check out.
there were ants on the table, pillows were uncomfortable, futon mattress were foldable 4cm thick foam mattress, and sofa bed was just simply a sofa. shampoo and shower gel was of very low quality. tv was having reception issue even for local channels.
