Great place for fun and comfort

I loved everything about the property, amenities, location, staff, cleanliness, service, night life, the room, the bathroom, the security and the history of all the pictures, cars, and displays.

My only two issues we had were, not many choices on the TV. Most importantly, the parking garage was shut down for a Comedy show, the other parking garage was full, and both sections of the hotel had valet services but both valet lots were full, so this caused me to have to drive around for 50 mins in between the different floors of the one parking garage to find a space which we still did not find and out of frustration, we ended up leaving to go get ice cream and kill time until the comedy show ended, which by the way was very late at night. I would expect that the hotel would make sure parking is available and suitable or special for its hotel guests and anyone else comes after, but I would expect that any hotel guests have rights to a section of the parking garage and that it shouldn't be shut down or closed for guests. Even if a guest has to use his room key to enter a gated parking area or to get pass the police barriers. But it should not be where a guests is told by the staff that he/she just has to wait until the garage is opened or keep driving and checking until you find a spot. That is not fair to paying guests. Especially to not have Valet also because that too was full.

Cannot imagine. This was my first visit, and I was so impressed with everything. The design of the rooms was perfect. The hallways were nicely lit, carpet nice.

The property is just amazing! Such a good vibe. Exactly what you would expect from a Hard Rock Property in Miami.

Check in was a nightmare after a 15 hour flight. We were kept waiting for over an hour whilst an issue was solved between the hotel and booking.com (which we were informed happens regularly). Initially we were asked to resolve it ourselves but eventually the Hard Rock team stepped up, however, we were sat on the floor in a corner of the lobby during the whole process and this should have been handled better. If the problem is so regular I am not sure why this platform is still utilised by the hotel or the issue is not resolved.

This hotel would not honor a reservation that was booked through booking.com using klarna as a payment method. But did not reach out to let us the customer know in advance. So when we arrived we were out of a room and stranded me and 2 kids. Took a couple of hours to find a new place.

The property is beautiful but the service needs work. We made two calls for an extra set of towels but they were never delivered. An extra set of towels seems like a simple request for a room that cost $1000 per night.

The facilities were amazing including all the pool areas and the spa too.

I didn't like the fact that there are no water fountains to refill bottles. To be expected to buy a bottle of water every time you need water ie whilst sitting at the pool, is fundamentally wrong. It should be provided at all times. As it is not provided, it becomes very expensive just to remain hydrated!!

Breakfast was good if you’re not a healthy eater. Lunch has healthier options. Pool and beach area was great.

Staff was basically rough. I’m very polite and friendly and staff gives the appearance that they’ve been getting beaten up all day and they want to take it out on everybody else.

The whole property is just stunning. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, many different restaurants to choose from, excellent service and than the view on "THE GUITAR" is just spectacular. We are definitely coming back!!!
