Wenn Sie die Unterkunft verlassen, gelangen Sie zu Fuß nach 45,7 m zum weißen Sandstrand und nach etwas mehr als einem Häuserblock zum 1000 m langen Naples Pier. Dieser Apartmentkomplex im Stil von Olde Florida verfügt über einen tropischen Garten im Innenhof direkt vor Ihrer Tür sowie über einen kürzlich renovierten, privaten, beheizten Pool. Eine große Auswahl an Restaurants erwartet Sie in der 3rd Street, etwas mehr als einen Häuserblock von der Unterkunft entfernt. Stayed for a week to thaw out and go shelling in the area. The condo has two beds and two baths. Both were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is remodeled with sleek finishings and appliances that maximize the space. The beach is a two or three minute walk from the beach with views of the pier to the north. Condo neighbors are quiet and friendly. On-site parking is a major bonus. Our hosts were attentive and helpful throughout the stay. 15/10 highly recommend.

The property is a well cared for 2 story condo building with a 60’s vibe . It has a nice pool with plenty of chaise lounges and chairs. There is parking for each unit. The location is perfect. Downtown surrounded by military million dollar house. It is across the street and 2 huge houses from Naples pier and beach with sand like powder. In the other direction you are half a blk from 3 rd st with its Saturday farmers market, which was great. The campions 2 bedroom condo is on the 2 nd floor and there is an elevator. The condo is spotless inside and nicely decorated. Jim has thought of everything you could need for a great stay. My only con would be that the kitchen while well equipt is small and the lovely glass toped dining table with high top chairs may not be suitable for young children. As a couple we had plenty of room especially with 2 bathrooms. We would love to stay there again.

First time using VRBO and was a bit hesitant, but Jim made it easy and put all anxiety aside. The property is undergoing a bit of an overhaul inside the first floor units due to Hurricane Ian but it was in no way a drawback to the trip. The property is "retro" but immaculate. The pool was fantastic, serene and heated perfectly. Easy parking and you CANNOT beat the location. 450 steps to the sand next to the Pier and the same to 3rd street and excellent restaurants to pick from. Easy drive to Naples Harbor and 5th street. Would love to come back someday!

Great experience because:
1. Location and access to the beach
2. Probably the best pool of any property in the area
3. Property not crowded and quiet (expect that to be different later in year when 1st floor is open again)
4. Very well done and well equipped accommodations
Only caveats would be units are small and other than the pool there is no patio or balcony to sit outside.

We had a wonderful time at Jim and Clair’s condo. The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo is well appointed including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.

Unfortunately, we chose our week in this darling condo as Hurricane Ian was forming. We came in on Friday and had 2 lovely days there to swim and enjoy ourselves. By Saturday evening it was clear we would have to fly out in order to be safe from the store. We left Sunday early morning hours. The owners were most kind, understanding and accommodating. They answer all questions promptly. I would not hesitate in recommending this condo & these owners for future stays in Naples.

We enjoyed our stay! Except,
We did hang some towels on railing, briefly. And we caught grief for it! Only to see other items hanging on rail for the duration of our stay. This did not bother me at all. The concern should be how people handle themselves at your facility and how they respect others there.

Lovely condo in Naples
The condo is walking distance from the Naples Pier and all the dining and shopping you could want! The hosts are very attentive and have lots of recommendations if you need ideas. The condo was perfect - 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, family room and kitchen. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to vacation in Naples. 👍👍

The apt was perfect. It was organized with every eventuality thought of. It was well stocked, the furniture was comfortable and due to a few little blips I had quite a bit of communication with the landlord who was available and responsive.

Excellent repeat stay
A year of being unable to travel did not diminish our memory and pleasure at this property. Jim and Clare are great hosts. I was in touch with Jim in the runup to our stay, confirming all the information we needed. The condo is clean and bright. It's located a short block from the beach and a full block from shops and restaurants. Everything we would have needed was provided, including ice paks in the freezer. We're looking forward to staying again next year when we spend Thanksgiving with family in Naples.

Spectacular location, well appointed unit
We’ve stayed in other units at the wonderful Mariner. The floor plans are identical so what matters is the decor. Top marks here. All the expected amenities were as described and top quality. A detail I appreciated that is different from some other units is that there are doors to each en suite bed and bath. Ideal when traveling with my adult daughter. The 2 minute walk to Naples beach or pier, or to the great 3rd Avenue restaurants and shops are of course the highlight. Jim’s communications were comprehensive and clear. Much appreciated. We’ll be back if available!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal - one block from the beach and two blocks from 3rd Street restaurants. The condo was nicely appointed, had everything we needed, and was particularly well equipped for the beach (umbrellas, chairs, cooler, and towels), which facilitated our travel by air. While the condominium complex is an older complex, the grounds are well kept with a nice pool that was quiet and relaxing.

Enjoyed our stay. Communication with owner excellent. We arrived at night and if it wasn't for the help of another person we would have never found the parking spot for the property. Suggest that the owner provide a picture or more detailed instructions on the location of the parking spot. Impressed by all of the items that were included in the property. E property was great (213) the owners were gracious and helpful assisting me because I was very new VRBO. Person. The condo was super clean and with a sign on the door that said 100,000 wishes in Irish. I can’t say how perfect that was for my stay. But since siblings compare! I had a wine bottle, my one sibling cleaning staff were confused and went in early moving wallets and sheets etc, another never got the parking tag, but got used batteries, On the kitchen table! Thank you for an awesome experience as my unit had a sign on there door that said 100,000 wishes in Irish., I did have my wishes granted there.

Great condo, great location, great price
This place was perfect for our needs. It is small but roomy enough for a family of 4 to be very comfortable in. I love that it has two bathrooms and a kitchen. The provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were so nice to have! It’s a very short walk to Naples beach and pier. The neighborhood is lovely with gorgeous houses. It’s also a short walk to lots of fun shopping and restaurants. The owners are so nice and communicated promptly and politely. The condo is clean and well-kept. We had no problems whatsoever and really enjoyed our stay here.

Great Memories
This was our first time to the Naples area. We rented bikes and had a great week exploring Naples Pier, along the coast, the beautiful neighborhoods and stunning 5th Avenue to name a few places.
The condo was exactly as it is presented online. We have no complaints and would highly recommend--very clean, well supplied (kitchen, linens, beach necessities), comfortable beds and condo is centrally located to everything. We also enjoyed the pool. Our weather was perfect which makes a vacation even better.
Jim was very punctual and thorough answering all of our questions.

A+ for Comfort and Location
We couldn't have asked for anything more in a condo rental - even had a nice bottle of white wine waiting for us, thanks! The condo was very clean and neat, and supplied with an abundance of extra bath towels. There are beach chairs and towels available, great since the Naples Pier and the beach is essentially a block away. There was a minor glitch with the TV controls from a prior renter, but the owner was readily available and able to easily talk me through correcting it. We didn't use the cooking facilities since we were there Thanksgiving week, and met with family for most of our dinners. You are only two short blocks from the 3rd Street restaurants and shops, and only a bit more to the larger 5th Street dining and shopping area. Great neighborhood for long walks. If there is any question about how satisfied we were, we already have let the owner know that we are interested in re-booking next time we are down to visit our family in the Naples area.
