This was a wonderful place for our family of all ages to gather and stay under one roof. A great time for every one of us. The view and the lodge were perfect for what we needed. Game room, access to lake, fireplace/deck upper and lower, large kitchen, all pluses for our family. Great time great place!

The property looked just like the pictures. It was beautiful. Very spacious. It came loaded with everything you would need. The pool was nice and a short walk from the house. We would definitely come back.

We had a great time with our family of 13. The view was beautiful and the location was great. We were right next to silver dollar city. The house has a great game area in the basement and the house is very spacious.

We had 6 families, and had plenty of room. Kitchen was nice and big and the kids loved the all the games in the basement. Pool is a short hike up the hill. Boat rental just a couple miles down at Indian Point Marina was great!

Very spacious with multiple refrigerators, dishwashers, washers and dryers. However our family's most treasured experience was sitting on the deck overlooking the lake, enjoying our coffee and visiting with our whole family of fifteen.

Perfect place for a large group! We ate together, talked together and played games together!! Beautiful view from the deck, where we drank coffee in the morning and wine at night! Kids really enjoyed the game room! Nice community pool. Very close to Silver Dollar City!
The host, Brianna, was absolutely wonderful!! I texted about a couple of small things and she took care of them immediately!! Fun, fun time!!!

Ample space for 6 families,10 adults, 7 children (ages 7 months to 77 years). Plenty of seating in kitchen and living area. 2 refrigerators, 2 dish washers, cooking pots pans, crockpots, dishes glasses and eating utensils. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms and bathrooms on the main level and more on the downstairs level with a large game room downstairs and laundry area with 2 washers/dryers. Gorgeous views from well appointed balconies on both levels.

If you want yecoerfrct trip with no stress, book here!!! It was such a beautiful stay and Brianna is an absolute delight to work with. We stayed with 28 family members to celebrate my dad’s 85th birthday. The place was huge, equipped with everything you could possibly need, centrally located and beautifully decorated. Not to mention plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably. I would highly recommend booking this condo and plan to use this space again (if it’s available!) for our next trip. It really was a special visit and I thank Brianna for making that possible! 5 stars!!!

The size and layout of the house was great for our large family. Each family had their own bedroom and bath. The common areas were spacious and we never felt crowded when we gathered for meals and games. The downstairs game room was a big hit with our grandchildren! The 2 problems we encountered were handled quickly by the host. She was wonderful and also made certain the Christmas tree stayed up for our visit (December 26-31) since this was our family Christmas celebration.

Everyone loved this home! We had plenty of room for everyone of all ages. The kids (and adults lol) loved the game room!! The fireplaces, living area & decks made for great fellowship.

Our family gathered here for a Christmas tradition and family activities which include baking, crafts, games, and puzzles. Nice Christmas tree and plenty of room. The three tables and bar as well as two dishwashers and extra refrigerators really helped! Grandchildren and Grandpa enjoyed the game room. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which was really nice. The deck which has a nice view of the lake would be super nice in warmer weather. Its so close to Silver Dollar City that one of my daughters pushed her 2 year old to the park. I really can't think of anything that I would complain about. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

This property was very clean and provided plenty of room for our family of 23. The kids enjoyed the pool and the whole family enjoyed the games in the lower level. Although the weather was very hot during our stay we were able to enjoy the covered deck with the ceiling fans to keep the air moving. The only drawback was the fact that we were very close to the deck of the property next door. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Senior trip
Beautiful home. Has everything you need for a large group and wonderful stay. Location is close to everything in Branson
2 house codes given were wrong, so 20 people stood in cold rain trying to get into the house. It took owner about 20 minutes to get right code to us and told me I should have found code on app, but app was wrong too. We had to call for makeup towels and blanket for pull out beds. There is a lot of construction next door and large trucks arrive at 7am, so no sleeping late. However, the good is they have a fabulous view, patio has seating for our large group and very comfortable. The kitchen is wonderful in that we could all eat together at tables. There were plenty of dishes and cookware. Owner was quickly available for texting after initial entrance. There are two fridges , 2 dishwashers upstairs. Downstairs has a lot of activities and games, pool table, mini kitchen, 2 washers and dryers. Large tv room and seating upstairs and downstairs. Overall great home away from home for large group.

Amazing game room
Fantastic floor plan for large group! The game room is so fun!! Clean, open floor plan, perfect location for Silver Dollar City! Only downside is the construction in the area. The pool and clubhouse are super close, very friendly staff.

Large House furnished well for a large family
New house. Good supplies. Excellent children's games. Checkin was tedious, had a large rug that was a trip hazard, and serval things did not work. Overall good.

March 24th - 28 STAY
We have stayed at this property multiple times now and we really enjoy the space. The construction is a little much and it appears it will be going in for quite some time so for the price we may consider another property in the future. I did report the golf game was not working which was unfortunate as that was a favorite. Also recommend bigger trash cans or liners that actually fit the existing trash cans. Maybe even consider a recycle bin. Again we enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to get in early on Thursday

Beware before you book!
The house itself is a great house. Good layout, well stocked kitchen. However, there are several major issues. The main one is that four wheel drive vehicles with chains are required if there is any snow or ice on the road, as it is located on a hill. All parking is at such an angle it is hard for older people and children to open and close their doors. There is full on construction going on behind this house 7 days a week, starting at 7am. The owner let the propane run out and we had no fireplace available the entire vacation.

Wonderful House!
This house was perfect for a Christmas getaway with our kids and grandkids! Beautiful home. Lots of extras. So much room. Great view. Beds are very comfy. Game room was a hit! Brianna was easy to contact and super sweet to work with! And we had a Christmas tree waiting for us! There is construction immediately outside. It didn’t bother us too much most of the weekend but it is in your view and ongoing. Of course, 1 grandson loved it bc big machinery! Once they are done, that will be great! Would stay here again for sure!

Thanksgiving Get Away 2021
The lodge was the perfect size for our family. Everyone had their own Bedroom and bath which was great. We were close to all the attractions that everyone wanted to see so location was perfect. The game room was a great entertainment for the younger adults. Would recommend this property for a large family or several friends get away.

Perfect for large groups!
The house was perfect for our large family. There was enough beds for everyone and the lower level with all the games kept young and old entertained! Sometimes a large house will have enough beds to sleep everyone but not enough seating or things like plates and silverware. This house has enough of everything. The kitchen was perfect with ample silverware, dishes and two dishwashers and two refrigerators. There is some construction around the house but it didn’t interrupt our stay at all. The location is also great if you are going to Silver Dollar City. No waiting in traffic to get there! It was a win in all areas, we hope to return next year!

Great family place
We had a great trip. The house is beautiful. There is some construction going on but did not disturb the trip. The house does sit on a very steep slope so some of the parking can be difficult for elderly to get in and out of. We would definitely choose this place again.

Everything was just as shown on the listing. Property was excellent for our large family event. Everyone was very complimentary of their accommodations. We all were very pleased with the experience and would book it again in the future.

Great customer service from the Manager
We rented this home to celebrate our parents 50th Anniversary. We had 4 different families, 8 adults and 6 kids from 9-15. Brianna, Manager, was instrumental in setting up a beautiful flower arrangement to have there waiting for my parents before we arrived.
There was more than enough and bedrooms room on the two floors for our party to not feel cramped. Things were clean and just like they were described on the web site. Check in and check out was super easy.
We had a couple of issues and questions for Brianna before and during our stay and she handled them very fast. Her communication, friendliness and help was always there and appreciated. Can’t say enough about the customer service from her side of things. That can make or break a stay somewhere and it made ours a wonderful stay!
Construction is still going on , October 2021, during the weekdays but we were aware of that and just ignored it. Very little machine movement Saturday and none on Sunday. But the view was gorgeous as we sat on the deck in the mornings drinking coffee and visiting… as all vacations should be.
There game room was one of the most used rooms. The kids and adults enjoyed all the games there and is partly why we rented the place to begin with to have something new and fun for them to enjoy they don’t normally get… their own game room.
I would not hesitate to rent this cabin again or any others Brianna manages. It was a memorable vacation and experience at this location!

Excellent large house close to Branson
We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties but this one by far was one of the nicest and most accurately described. The house is large with multiple bedrooms which accommodated a small wedding party very well. There are two dishwasher and and two washer and driers which made cleanup and washing a breeze. The house has lots to do on-site with a pool table and multiple game machines. The group really enjoyed the stay. The property manager communicated very well and check in and out was excellent.

Exactly what we needed
This place was exactly what we needed for our retreat. It was everything we needed and more. The view was breath taking!! The house was fully equipped. The BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE!!!! The ladies felt right at home and it gave the finishing touches for what I envisioned for the Reset Challenge Retreat!!!

What a Vacation
This property was amazing. It has amenities for all ages which kept us entertained the whole time. You can sit on the back porch and enjoy the beautiful view while the kids play with all the downstairs entertainment. We brought a boat and the marina was less than 10mins away. You really can't ask for more in a house!

Great place!
We had 7 couple staying at this lovely home. New construction was going on next door and other homes very near us. The construction stopped @ 7 pm on Fri and resumed at 7:30 am Mon. Great design for these large homes-8 bedrooms with 8 bathrooms attached and 1/2 bath in the laundry room.

Our Anniversary Celebration
Our Family ( all 15 of us) joined us to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary..this property fit us perfectly..the game room and deck were the most popular places to be..loved the practicality of the kitchen/dining/living area..thanks for a great place to "live"..we'll definitely return!!

The perfect place for our youth group
We were only here for a couple night but this house was absolutely perfect for our needs. It’s clearly meant to sleep lots of people without feeling smashed in there. The kitchen was perfect to feed our small army. (the two furnished crock-pots were so helpful!) The view of the lake was spectacular. We will be looking for opportunities to stay here again!

Amazing home!
Wow, what an amazing property!! 8 bedrooms, all with their own bath, and huge common spaces for everyone to congragate. We had a group of 22 people and house handled exceptionally. Plenty of space for the kids and adults alike. The house has 3 refrigerators to handle the volume, plenty of dinning and eating area, and the game room was a huge hit with kids AND the adults. The internet was a little hit and miss but overall I would definitely recommend.

Great Vacation Home
We highly recommend this home, especially with a large family. The lower level game room was a great area for the young children and teenagers. The kitchen was fully equipped to meet all your needs. The great room and dining accommodated the whole family. The deck was wonderful to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake views. The location is very convenient to all that Branson has to offer. The internet and A/C could be upgraded though. The property manager was wonderful, she answered all our questions in a timely manner.
