This apartment was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The beds were really comfortable. There is a good sized balcony with a table and four comfortable lounge chairs. We arrived late at night and the owner had arranged for the keys to be left for us in an envelope behind the reception desk. This urbanisation has two buildings and this apartment is in Block 1 on the second floor. There is a 24-hour reception service in both blocks. There are 3 lifts in each block. The swimming pool area is gorgeous and very well maintained and the whole complex is literally across the road from the beach. It's about a 10 minute walk into the old town. The owner of this apartment has provided folding chairs stored in a cupboard to take down to the swimming pool gardens, which was handy as the complex does not have loungers or chairs around the pool.

We loved everything about this apartment. There was one issue we had but it was probably a misunderstanding. We had asked if we could charge a mobility scooter in the reception area overnight and were originally told that it was ok but when the mobility scooter was delivered to the apartment block we were told by another manager that it wouldn't be possible. We had to ask for the mobility scooter to be taken back to Nerja again and we had to ask for a seated rollator to be brought instead as it would fit in the lift. This was an issue because the location of the apartment was a bit further away from the old town than we would have liked for a person with mobility problems but it worked out ok in the end.

Beautiful location and the view from the apartment was very nice. The apartment was comfortable, had everything I needed and more! The pool is amazingly huge but I didn't partake because it was a bit nippy with the slight wind from the sea. Lots of great restaurants and had a lovely boardwalk on the beach. I highly recommend!

It was nice apartment for a three day stay and was close to the beach and had a nice restaurant on site.

You have to read the fine print as these people actually make you pay for your towels (7 euros per person) and require a 150 euro CASH deposit. Also, the apartment is portrayed on Booking as up at the front of the complex with nice views of the sea and pool when actually it's at the very cack of the complex with better views of the tennis courts than the pool or the sea.
