The location can’t be beat. It’s close to everything. Plus the resort has shopping and restaurants so you really don’t have to leave the resort unless you really want to. I also like that everything is easily accessible by golf cart. That makes for an added bit of fun! The sunsets are gorgeous from the balcony… Being on the bayside gives you a good look at boats, fishing, and fireworks from the wharf all from your room. The inside of property was very clean and it felt really safe. We enjoyed all the lizards, dolphins, and fish we saw. We even saw two stingrays from our balcony!

There was handicap parking on the side of the building but the door was locked, so you could exit the door but you’d have to still enter through the front. It was a minor inconvenience and not really worth complaining about. We did have an issue with our bed but the owner addressed it promptly. The only real negative I would have to say is that the bayside pool is pretty messy most all the time. It’s used by the kids club so trash cans are overflowing and the chairs are not reset. It would’ve been nice to see the super comfy chairs put together for an evening fire,etc but throw pillows and cushions were tossed in bushes, etc. At the end of the day, it’s not a deal breaker.

The overall property was large and people were nice. The owner checked in on us several times.

The room was smaller than I expected. When I booked a condominium, I expected a full kitchen. It only had a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee pot.

Very clean . The location excellent. Very beautiful, I would like to go back .
