Very friendly staff, good size rooms with everything you need.

Parking is a bit small but got offered a parkingspace on their private lot.

Friendly, helpful staff! Great breakfast! Room was nice. Very close to airport and a little further to old town heraklion - but taxi will take u there for about $7e... or u can walk - nice walk too. We liked the hotel and recommend it - a little away from the "craziness" of old town but close enough to make it a good choice for a stay...

Very easy access from the airport to the hotel. Plane landed at 10pm and we had checked in at 10.30

Only a very short stay as we were passing through, so didn't find anything we didn't like

the staff comes to the foreground polite helpful polite and efficient only used this hotel during our trip for three individual flight overnights the rooms are clean the breakfast is quite good and the pool was inviting little chilly but then it is the end of October I would recommend this hotel to anyone the planes taking off are a. it noisy but they stop around 10 pm and start after 7 am so really not a problem quick drive from both port 10€ about 7-8 minutes and Airport about 10-15 minutes 15€ with some bartering but we’ll worth it I think

I have nothing negative to say

Sofia ist an average hotel close to the airport. It has no highlights, everything is as it should be – but also there is nothing to complain about, which makes it better than most other midrange hotels we encountered on Crete.

Location is close to the airport, which is why we booked it. Neighbourhood is not particularly beautiful and far off the city centre, so we considered pricing a bit too steep. If you are there for Heraklion, and not for an early flight next morning, there are far better and also cheaper options.

Quite old hotel and room, definitely it did not feel like a 3-star level. Some amenities were missing, the shower was leaking a bit. Not recommended for long stays, a bit pricey.

arrived at 11.45pm, very tired, hungry and thirsty. the kitchen was closing but staff were fabulous. They produced an amazing meal for us - went out of their way to be helpful. check in was quick. rooms are great for us - one night stop over before onward travelling.
