Friendless of staff, fantastic room, beautiful landscape, reasonably priced company store with many items, excellent pool and poolside dining and a wonderful location. This is my most favorite beach resort to date and I have visited many.

Salespeople regularly calling the room to persuade us to attend timeshare meetings Our extended stay was lost in the system and we were locked out of our room until we attended reception to re-gain access due to confusion about the booking.

Nice location, the flats are very spacious and clean and very well equipped. Nice swimming pools some for adults only and two for families. The beach is a 2 minutes walk, the beachside restaurant is good with reasonable prices.

The breakfast is basic , I think it should have more varieties.

Amazing facilities, maintained to the highest standard. Fantastic clean apartments. Had small issue with our fridge, maintenance arrived minutes later and on leaving fridge was being replaced. Staff are so friendly. Kids went to kids club on their request due to the amazing staff and activities. So a break for all.

Take away on site not great. Tried once and not great quality.

pricey for what they offer. it cannot cost like 4*/5* hotels, because it is an apartment. Prices in the restaurant are much higher than all restaurants around - not logical at all! kids club works just couple of hours per day

Big, comfortable apartment with large balcony and all the amenities. Fully equipped and had washer/dryer. One of the nicest apart-hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Right on a nice little sandy beach which we didn’t get a chance to enjoy as we were there in April and the temperature was a bit low and the wind was too chilly for it. The indoor (heated) pool was therefore really much appreciated as well as the jacuzzis. There were lots of outdoor pools too, all pools had options for families or just adults. Beautiful grounds, with play areas, lots of outdoor games (billard, giant chess and checkers) and many bars to choose from. Nice staff.

Maybe lacking in restaurants as we arrived late and were there for only 1 night and we had hoped to dine at their restaurant but at 9:00pm they were overwhelmed even though the restaurant was only 1/2 full so they turned us away. Luckily we were able to get food at their sports bar but it wasn’t the experience we wished for on our last night of vacation. We were able to get lunch the next day at the restaurant and it was very good. There’s other places on the beach within walking distance but even those were full on a Friday night, so please be advised to reserve. We were there during off-season so I can’t imagine what it could be like in summer.

Lovely place to stay!

Amazing hotel. Really really lovely. The staff service levels were amazing. Everything was done with a smile and professionalism. Roberto was a great member of the interactive team and led all his activities really so well. So many others, too many to name at the hotel were brilliant too. The activities are there but low key. They don't take over the hotel like some in some places. There's something to do every day and it's different and everyone can take part.

We would have loved the staff to allow my children to use the quiet pool. They don't shout or jump in or use inflatables. They just swim up and down because they love swimming - actually swimming - not playing or anything else. But this time they weren't allowed in which was a shame :( The kids pool is great too - but you can't really swim in there, only play!

I loved being able to go for an early morning walk on the beach every morning as the Resort was located right on the beachfront. Also it was lovely to see the daily attention & upkeep they gave to the surrounding gardens and facilities within the Resort. Noticeboard updated each week with activities available i.e. gym classes, pool games and activities, evening entertainment etc. Room and facilities were excellent. Very clean & comfortable accommodation with everything available for your stay including kitchen appliances, hairdryers, iron, lounge towels and bathrobes.

Nothing to fault. While accessibility is really well catered for within the resort, nearby shops and off-site restaurants are a little walk away, uphill, and may be difficulty for someone with poor mobility. Having your own car would be a help with this location if you planned on day trips.

The hotel is maintained to a very high level, from the gardens to the communal areas and pool. Wonderful views, and room service.

Even if temporary, the gym facilities were too basic/ below par and the treadmills worn out. The decor of the rooms is a bit 90s with lots of old style wood, but this is being picky and not to our own tastes
