Las almohadas no me parecieron nada cómodas y el colchón era bastante corto. Mido 1,85 y los pies me colgaban de la cama.

The location was great and the staff very nice.
The walls are very thin and I could hear my neighbours listen to tv and doing calls.
The room and bedding could definitely use some updating.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, but most important: the room was quiet and with excellent climate control, so I slept very well. The room was also very big, with a desk and chair to work on, the bed was very good, the bathroom was great with a shower, a toilet, a sink, and even a bidet.
The only problem was that two days before my arrival the hotel started sending me e-mail and text messages in Spanish about that I should pay in advance (via some fishy webpage where I could leave my credit card details). Just don't do that! The booking is guaranteed via booking.com, where I left my credit card details so that in case I wouldn't show up it would be fully charged; and this was actually pretty stressful: I was already on my way to Oviedo but not sure anymore there would be a room foor me when I would arrive at the hotel.

The bed was good although firm, the shower was excellent. The room was small and not much furniture but we could open the windows for fresh air and the room was quiet. A continental breakfast was included.

This is a very well run hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff really friendly and helpful giving us the essential information, the room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Located in the center of Oviedo all the attractions and restaurants were easily reachable on foot. The public underground parking was nearby with a discounted price of 11.50 EUR per day. I recommend it.
Unfortunately, they don't offer breakfast, so we have to arrange by ourselves.

the location was superb, and the cleaning staff is really good.
reception is like an automated answering machine with little to none personal touch. when you have a special request all they do is follow their script and give you the typical answer. and when there’s a problem, unfortunately you have to complain before you can even get an official apology for the nuisance caused.

Good central location, good sized rooms and efficient/friendly receptionist present on arrival
Breakfast could be better as there is a limited range of food available. We frequently stay in similar establishments in various cities around Europe and this is the poorest breakfast quality we have received. There is a very limited amount of fresh food e.g. only whole pieces of fruit and not seasonal, tiny bread rolls which were take and bake and not fresh (very surprising when there are some amazing bakeries in Oviedo which sell lovely bread at a very good price) and only a small range of yoghurts (all tasteless 0% variety).
