Nice heated pool.

The property has a good location with amenities only a short drive away. Probably the only thing that is good about it.

We booked a standard double room with breakfast. Upon arrival at check in I was told I’m lucky I got a room with a double bed as they are overbooked and it was ‘saved for me’. They had a lot of events on and the staff focus clearly was not on guests staying overnight rather the events taking place in the venue. After driving a few hours I didn’t really say anything to the staff and just took the room key and thanked them we then went to our room to find it was not a double bed literally a kid and single adult would struggle to sleep on it and was told nothing else is available and we didn’t book a ‘deluxe’ room. The sink was blocked and the plugs/electricity in the room had tripped. It took staff over 20 minutes to get the sink unplugged and breaker switched on and that was only after 2 trips to the front desk and just by luck encountering a member of staff outside my room who was willing to help. The actual person that was being sent from the front desk never arrived. The bed was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in it. On the day of check out I requested to check out at 12pm which I did enquire about prior to booking and was told it’s not a issue just to let reception know. That was not the case and was told nope they are not able to as they are fully booked again.

We stayed here for 1 night whilst on a roadtrip holiday from Australia. We were actually booked elsewhere but the booking fell through very last minute on us so we were left searching for a new place to stay. Found this one and it turned out great in the end. Staff at reception were so lovely they even upgraded us after hearing of our bad experience with our previous booking. Our room was nice, for a pleasant overnight stay. Bed was spacious, comfortable, TV and WIFI worked well and shower next morning was nice and hot. Even the toiletries provided were good. Plenty of free parking was available on the site. A few minutes walk away we also enjoyed some delicious Indian food that night at Basmati Restaurant.

Nothing really, a restful overnight stay.

Pleasantly surprising - well located. Slept really well there.

Price was a little higher than it perhaps should have been.

Swimming pool and Spa facilities were very poor!

Attended a wake stayed 1 night. Rooms were nice and clean. Lovely breakfast.

Check in price different to my email on 3 rooms i booked. Was sorted quickly.
