The property was very nice and everything you could possibly need was available. When we arrived found smoke detector battery going bad, they sent a maintenance person to take care of it . Had a very wonderful stay enjoyes by all. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

This is a great home for a family staying in the Winston Salem area. Nice area of town, near the park for kids. House is clean, and offers ample space for a family. Owners are great, communicate and available, and create a nice rental experience. Highly recommend it!

Excellent for a family or group that needs convenience to Winston-Salem, Wake Forest University and surrounding areas. Clean and charming home. Nice to be able to use garage.

Our group consisted of 5 adult women, spending 4 wonderful days in Winston-Salem. The house provided the perfect space for us. The outdoor spaces were lovely!

The house and location were great. There was a bit of a musty smell. The bathrooms were ok. One of the upstairs bathroom tubs was clogged. The water for showers was not very hot. It worked out great for our family. We were in town for a wedding and the location was close to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. There is quite a lot of room to relax, and we really enjoyed the kitchen and the comfortable sofa. We loved our meal outside under the wisteria. The photo doesn't do the backyard trellis justice. Also, the West End was a great place for morning walks. Gorgeous neighborhood! If I were to nitpick on improvements, I would suggest repairing the rust around the drain in the downstairs tub, and a good cleaning of cobwebs behind the blinds in many of the second floor windows. Loved our stay.

We were in town for a family wedding and this house was perfect for my family. Great neighborhood with a park nearby and walking distance to great burger and gelato place.

Several of us came to town for a wedding. We had no issue with getting ready as there are three full bathrooms in the house. We were able to bring breakfast and lunch meals so we could just eat at the house. This worked out great as we were able to spend more time together. The house was very clean and spacious. We’re sad that we couldn’t spend time sitting outside in the backyard because it was so beautiful and it’s so quiet. Property owners were easily accessible and responded quickly and thoroughly to any inquiries we had. This was a great place to stay and we will keep this house in mind the next time we all gather together again in Winston-Salem.

The hosts were quick to respond and had little snacks/amenities that were a nice touch. Would definitely rent again next time we are in town!

We loved this property! This was a group of old friends who gathered to attend an Elton John concert in Greensboro. Even though it was a bit of a hike on concert night, we knew this was the perfect place as soon as we saw the listing. It lived up to all of our expectations! There was plenty of room for everyone, a gorgeous kitchen and a wonderful sun room. Sadly, cold weather kept us from spending time under the gloriously blooming wisteria arbor except for a few minutes when we just couldn't resist. There were many unexpected niceties, including toothbrushes and Keurig cups. Our one minor problem (with a recliner that wouldn't cooperate) was addressed almost instantly. We will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

We had another great stay. The location is great, house is clean and renter friendly. It has a great yard for kids to play - and plenty of space for a large group. We will most certainly rent it again. Thank you for the hospitality.

This lovely and gracious home was the perfect place for our multigenerational family to gather for a family wedding. With open and spacious rooms and (my favorite ) bright and open sunroom, we all had a place to gather over food , beverages, and old family stories. The home was large enough that it afforded each of us privacy and a place to retreat. We highly recommend it!

House was just as pictured. Very spacious, and conveniently located. Plenty of room for seating indoors and out. Hosts were very quick to respond to the few questions we had. The A/C worked well, and the kitchen had all the utensils and things we needed. Just a few minor things that were downsides-Hawthorne St. is a very busy thoroughfare all times of the day and night, and the front door locks when closed and you can’t get back in the house without going around to the back door. Overall, our stay was just as we expected, and the house was just what we needed!
