O hotel tem uma excelente localização, das melhores vistas do Caramulo.É uma boa opção para um fim de semana relaxado.O staff é muito prestável, dando especial relevância à atitude, empenho, atenção e simpatia da funcionária do check-in que, vendo que era o meu aniversário, efetuou uma alteração da reserva para um quarto superior com vista para a Serra da Estrela.O quarto era bastante espaçoso e confortável.

A piscina interior necessita de algumas melhorias nas infraestruturas e a temperatura da água não estava muito adequada para a época do ano.A limpeza do wc também necessita de ser aprimorada e alguns atoalhados de serem substituídos devido às manchas existentes nos mesmos.

In general did like everything. From the warm welcome from the desk to the restaurant waitress’s all very polite and ready to help.

The aparence of the building outside could be well take care of the paint and pads!

Nice staff, beautiful view and good breakfast in terms of food literally.

Short staff on the breakfast. Only two people for a lot of guesses. We waited the whole meal for two glasses and ended up drinking from the bottle. Also, the bed and the toilet need maintenance.

View was great. Staff was very accommodating.

Location in mountains

Hotel was empty. We and one more couple was only guests. Perfect place for Dracula fans. Swimming pool was closed, but without warning. This place was very ghostly. It's hard to remember where such a poor breakfast was. They asked 10 EUR for moving to the other side of the hotel where is a better view. Seriously! The hotel was empty! This place may be different at another time of the year - I hope.

The Hotel could do with painting but it didn't spoil are stay there Absolutely beautiful views across the valley
