beach access literally 3 mins walk from room to beautiful Palm beach. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. sofas were awesome as you could stretch your legs out.

Great location with ocean beach, doggy park, river beach, great children's play area and cafe all close at hand. Very comfortable and roomy accommodation. Very nice BBQ area and the pools are very good. Why go anywhere else?

Great location, conveniently next to a park with playground for kids and opposite the beach. Heated pool was a hit with children. Supermarket close by.

Location 10/10 for a family. Beach / cafe / playground / shops all on your door step! We normally stay at the big4 but it was fully booked - this was a 'hope its OK booking?'🤞 & we were very happy!

Someone was carparked in our car space the first 2 days so that was annoying🤷‍♀️ the apartment was clean but needed a deep clean re cobwebs etc

shower in main was a step into a bath which was very narrow and most couldn’t use it the water went straight into floor which was a health Hansard only a very small bath mat that was soaked one hand towel coackroaches it was noisy being around a pool. gals advertising showing a nice looking building over looking the ocean oven didn’t work the mop fell apart

The room felt so homey and fresh. Instantly felt comfortable and relaxed

No complaints other than wish we stayed longer

It was well located as expected

It would have been good to know we were on 3rd floor with no lifts to prepare some guests. Very outdated decor but clean otherwise
