I liked only the location
I booked the hotel as 4 star hotel,but it hasn’t nothing common with 4 star hotel.
The bonus of the hotel is only his location,very close to avenue of Champs Elysees ,the rest was awful,not comfortable bed,not well clean sofa and toillets.
I stayed 7 days ,but never seen the same staff in the reception twice. The nights in the room was worsest ,always high voices from others rooms and the staff didn’t do nothing for controle them.
I will never go back again and never suggest that hotel to anyone !!!
It’s very far from 4 star hotel ….

Everything is absolutely fine at this hotel, especially the beds and bedding, made us very comfortable. Rituals in the bathroom was a nice touch too.
Breakfast was underwhelming. There were no juices, very limited choices, i would expect more from 4 star hotel.

Room is small ,, and some duplex Room you open the door you find bathroom and bed upstairs!!!!!!

They gave someone else access to our room in the middle of the night at 1.00am while we were sleeping…
My partner and I woke up to the sound of someone trying to enter our room and the key card being accepted. luckily, we had the internal lock engaged so they weren’t able to enter. Since it was locked from the inside they started banging and tried forcing the door open. From that point we could not sleep…
When I address this to reception they claimed they didn’t speak any English and had no idea what I was talking about.

Staff very nice. Efficient check in. Hotel clean. All working. Hotel well situated and was secured last minute during high travel time. Rooms a little small, but consistent with other older hotels I have stayed in Europe. Ok breakfast served at hotel; other options near to hotel for nominal fee.

The Hotel was well located and it was clean, those were the only good things about it.
The staff was very unpleasant while checking-in, then I get to my room to find a woman with her son sleeping in MY room. The shower in the bathroom has no door so a huge mess everyday and slippery risk.

I liked the breakfast in bed and staff was helpful
I don’t think it was worth the money it was definitely not a 4 star hotel. we payed 4700 for two nights to get an sound proofed room but we could hear everything even though we upgraded to a superior room it was not good. the room was not clean the sofa stained and the bed. they only gave small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
what I disliked the most is that we choose this hotel specifically for the bathtub, in the pictures they show a big bathroom with a big bubble bath. but when we got there the bathtub was small and the bathroom as well and it looked nothing like the pictures and no bubble bath only a normal bathtub.
plus they charge for water bottles 50 euros each bottle!

Location is great. Staff was super helpful. Overal we had a very very nice stay. We just want to say that 4 stars is too much for what you get. It's in the little details: breakfast area is very small so you might have to wait for your turn, the breakfast buffet is not huge but you get enough to eat and everything tastes just fine. The rooms are certainly not soundproof like in the description but this is the case for every hotel. The rooms are nice and cosy but the closets form your bags and clothes are quite small. So it's a nice cosy hotel with pleasant staff, it's just not 4 stars.
