Loved the staff, the breakfast, and the room: the decor was minimal and super clean. Loved it. Didn't expect this from a BW. I'll return for sure.

Well, I didn't expect the walk up the hill! The taxi driver near the ferry misleadingly said it was a hundred meters away. Do take a taxi; don't try to push your luggage up that hill. But once there, we were happy.

Good location

We had a great spacious room for the three of us. Renovated, beautiful bathroom and separate toilet. Amazing view over Bastia from the balcony. Really friendly staff at breakfast.

I cannot really mention anything we disliked, the room had everything we need.

We arrived 5 hours before check in time and the clerk found us a room we could move into right away. Great service!

The room was clean and comfortable. It afforded an excellent view onto city of Bastia, the port and the sea. The breakfast was very good, whilst the staff were pleasant and friendly.

The restaurant only offered limited choices, which in themselves were not bad but somewhat unimaginative. I think the menu should be more ambitious.

We chose this hotel as it had parking & an electric charging point for our car. The price was good, the room very clean, bed comfy. A 20 minute walk into town, uphill on way back. Staff on reception friendly & helpful. We would stay again.

The bed was extremely comfortable, it was queit, staff was friendly, reserved parking spot.

Breakfast was extremely poor.

Be aware: as we’re traveling with kids and dog, I booked biggest and most expensive option- two bedroom apartment with kitchen and terrace. On arrival- the kitchen was closed with a key and reception refused to open because I only booked for one night?! so we were forced to go to the restaurant which nobody really felt like doing given longer car drive and the fact that we booked an apartment at BW that was supposed to have a kitchen On arrival I had to pay extra 20,- for the little dog! i return for the fee I received nothing!! no dog bed, no water or any bowl awaiting in the apartment. I asked for dogs stuff but I was left with nothing. Bottom line: lots of extra payments that I believe we shouldn’t be entitled paying for… rather hostile and not welcoming. I’d recommend looking for something else

Very nice stay - the location is prefect if you need to catch the ferry next morning. Free indoor parking - the room spacious and well equipped.

A great Best Western hotel. Rooms are large and clean with nice facilities the breakfast is good and everything was enjoyable. I can't say anything stands out but it's a best Western and I enjoy that you know what you get.

Where is situated is a good thing and not so good. It's quite far from the center and when you want to get out you need to walk a little. The good thing is that it's right in the middle between the center and the mountain trails. We got some rainy days so we didn't enjoy quite so much the walks but I feel that if you get sun and warm weather you wouldn't mind the walks.

we had booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms- actually it was then only 1 bedroom and the other bed was in the living area. When we arrived the kitchen area was locked. I got the receptionist to open it up for us. But I had to pay an extra security deposit of € 700 (!!) That would really get deducted from my account although we had already left our credit card details in case of using the phone or minibar. Nothing of this was mentioned in the description of Booking.com. According to the description there should have been a washing machine, oven and electric kettle in the apartment, but wasn’t 🤔
