Totalmente decepcionante, nuestra estancia fue desagradable hemos pagado una noche 198€ +16€ por apartamento. Volvíamos de un viaje muy largo y cansado. Benidorm era de paso y como teníamos un día y una noche elegí este hotel por su ubicación y la habitación que se me presentó por Booking , habitación premio, llegado a hotel nos daron un habitación que no era que elegí evidentemente era habitación para de dos estrellas, habitación caliente como sauna , polvo por muebles lo ameneti lamentable, aire acondicionado, no rancio, secador de pelo muy antiguo y parece aspiradora. Y más importante los colchones muy muy incomodo . Bajamos para piscina muy sucio los alrededores de la piscina. Ahora la sorpresa más grande fue que teníamos que alquilar las toallas para la piscina 15 € por depósito y un euro por toalla. Muy decepcionante. Cuando hacemos reclamado la habitación. La recepcionista nos enseñó entre todos foto que eran iguales que simplemente cambiaba la decoración. Y que no era verdad lo que nos estaba contando en torre son habitaciones superiores .tenéis ojo cuando estáis escogiendo habitación en este Hotel. está claro que nosotros no nos volveremos nunca en este Hotel.

O hotel está muito bem localizado e centrado. Hotel limpo e mesmo com muito movimento não há barulho dos andares superiores ou os vizinhos do lado.
Os funcionários são muito atentos e simpáticos e muito prestáveis. O restaurante tem uma vasta gama e seleção, tendo um pouco para todos os gostos. A equipa do restaurante são muito simpáticos. O Pep é maravilhoso e super simpático 5*.
Gostamos de tudo. Mas para minha mãe que tem já uma certa idade, talvez tivesse preferido a opção de ter um tapete no chuveiro e uma maçaneta de apoio no chuveiro na parede para se segurar.
Talvez ao pequeno almoço pudessem variar os ovos. Pois era sempre a mesma coisa..
São apenas sugestões e não Temos nada a reclamar.

Location was brilliant. Lovely pool snd bar and the restaurant and food were also great. Staff were lovely and friendly too.
The breakfast was good overall but bacon and sausages wasnt very nice
The tea and coffee makin facilities in the room was my biggest dissappointment. We were given enough tea and coffee for one day but we were staying 6 nights. We were told we cant have anymore so had to go and buy our own coffee and milk. Also we were only given paper cups in the room. This is a minor problem. But given its a 4 star hotel and we paid a lot of money i would expect better than this.

Bra frokost, god beliggenhet
Jeg betalte for superior rom, fikk et rom som var tegnet inn på brann planen som singelrom ( vi betalte ekstra for bra rom ) det var ikke plass til å legge fra seg koffert en gang, måtte bruke senga. betalte ca 9000 for 4 netter.
Hadde jeg bestilt ett lite dobbeltrom, så hadde det vert greit.

The survey the hotel gives is not good for real description of the establishment. It asked if there is a pool and if it worked. If there is outdoor furniture and it worked. Same with snack bar and pool bar. Then asks if there is toilet paper. REALLY!!!! These questions do not describe the quality of the hotel. Absolutely dissatisfied!

We liked that the hotel was close to the beach,the staff was great and the food was tasty.
I know now ,that in Benidorm the all inclusive concept doesn't exist ,but it was good to know that before I booked full board. The drinks were not included.😔

The bedroom walls are paper thin very noisy.

loved the location , staff were great! good breakfast. liked tv having BBC and a kettle in the room … plus a fridge that was actually both a decent size and very cold!
The only downside was the bedding. bed itself was very comfy but the bed needs a fitted bottom sheet and a duvet… I was fighting sheets and blankets all night. Also both mornings the cleaning ladies walked into my room just after nine .. I was still inside!
