Great location, not far from the center, yet on the road to Poiana Brasov. Nice breakfast, two swimming pools.

They had the nerve to accuse us of stealing a blanket and a bath robe. I explained in Romanian that we did not come all the way to Romania to steal their hotel's equipment yet with no luck. I suggested they call the manager but they never bother her on Sundays. To save time I payed 280 lei and left, but the insult remains. I also called the hotel later on to give them another chance to resolve it another way and talked to Carmen, yet the manager never called. I would like to warn everyone after such an unpleasant experience.

The city is beautiful and the area has lots of opportunities to spend good time. Great city center and great restaurants.

The hotel room and staff was horrible! The charged us for a missing blanket although we told the receptionist 2 days before leaving that we are missing one. They had a wedding one night and the entire hotel was occupied with strangers making loud noise and music throughout the night! The air con did not work most of the time, breakfast was dull and one of the employees cursed me for grabbing myself a cup of coffee from the coffee machine 10 minutes after the breakfast was over. All around this was the worst hotel i have ever encountered in eastern Europe.

Beautiful simple modern rooms with beautiful view. The outdoor pool is really nice. The restaurant at the top (separate to hotel booking) is absolutely FANTASTIC. The food was amazing and view beautiful. Our 1 year old baby stayed for free and they provided a free cot. Breakfast was fantastic!!!!

Room 23: The curtains don’t block the light at all. The shower didn’t block the water coming out so the bathroom floor was completely flooded. When we asked for more towels, we were made to feel that was not acceptable and received the comment “but your baby is staying for free”. They don’t give pool towels. The breakfast was not at the restaurant at the top, it was in another building; this was not clear at all upon booking- all the photos show the restaurant with the beautiful 360 view.

Perfect hotel for a couple. I can't praise more the hotel staff and the restaurant. Simply the best.

View and ambiance

Restaurant for breakfast, view of city from balcony in room were good. Room was ordinary, furniture in room was old also balcony was 3rd class building balcony. Menwhile breakfast was ok.

Reception area very poor, no lobby almost. Reception staff makes you feel that you are in state office to pay tax etc :) When we arrived to hotel no words like "welcome to our hotel" or while leaving "how was your stay" etc. On floors there were ugly couches in coridors. Hotel didnt care to details. Ordinary 4 stars but according to service, details unnecssary expensive. If they pay attention to these details, its good hotel.

Room was ok, clean, warm, comfortable and view was excellent; pool and wet sauna are fine; restaurant was super in terms of view, menu and staff; parking spots were available any time of the day for free.

Access to the hotel reception a bit difficult because of the stairs; room has a bit noise from the road to Poiana Brasov; massage service is available only during weekends; breakfast was nice but too standard without a personal imprint of the place or house

My room had an awful cigarette smell. Initially I was told to open up the windows, then that a cleaner will clean it properly and the smell will leave. None of the above worked but they kept me there for 3 days until they offered me a room change(not upgrade). My take is that they are fully aware of problematic smelly rooms and try to keep someone as long as possible there to have them occupied. Other than that, I booked a massage and I learned 15 mins after the arranged appointment that the masseuse is not available today. Generally no attention to detail and low quality for a 4 starts hotel.

is not any views only from apartments and you don’t say that anywhere! and the beds are very uncomfortable! was Valentine’s Day and you give us 2 beds close together
