Loved our stay here. It had everything our family needed including plenty of space for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the large double table on the back deck. We found the large front porch for great for storing all our beach gear.

Great for a group who do not have mobility issues. We loved eating on the back porch. Owners have gone over and above to provide everything guests could need or want for a comfortable stay. Good location for beach visits and other activities.

The best part of the property is it's proximity to the south part of the Atlantic City beach - which was free, clean, and not that crowded. The house itself was quite large and fit our group of 11 adults and a number of kids. The bedrooms were a good size and there were enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The house had some spots which were rough around the edges (broken blinds, loose faucets, few towels/washcloths, etc), but overall it suited us fine.

Pros: easy communication with property managers, who did their best to accommodate our very specific needs.
Cons: heat was at 64 degrees the entire stay. It was quite chilly.
Overall, I enjoyed the ability to have my family all together in one location, something we haven't done in years!

Our stay was so chill! The place looks exactly like it does in the photos. There were lots of bedrooms and common spaces. The walk to the beach was very easy. It was also close to other cafes. Quick ride into Atlantic City.

House was perfect for our yearly weekend gathering. Communication was quick and easy with owner. About a 5-10 minute easy walk to the beach. Would recommend for a large group with the amount of beds and open floor plan.

Bed mattresses were not the best, some beds were noisy , This is an area that could be improved. (we used all the beds.)
Location GREAT, two blocks to beach, nice facilties nearby... restroom and showers for example. Lifeguards on beach at our beach. Parking for three great, could use more passes for large group like ours.. No one got any tickets as long as they moved early in the day (those without passes.)

Very clean and all guests had plenty of space! Instructions were clear and fair. Hosts were extremely quick to respond. Front and back deck were awesome and the street of the home is quiet. Overall perfect for our weekend in AC!

We traveled to the area for Storybook Land/the beach for a long weekend with a larger group with a lot of little ones and this house had everything we needed. The best part was the deck that had a large table and enough chairs for us to all eat together at every meal and not stress about the kids making a mess inside the house.

We rented the house for our annual golf trip. Number of rooms and beds was exactly what we needed and the house was in a good location and clean. Three parking passes is a huge plus.

We had a great time in that house. We were very pleased with the location. The spacious Living room and dining room combo put the house over the top. We would definitely go back to the house.

Property was as advertised, clean and generally in very good condition. Great location for us. Owner responded promptly to all emails & texts.
Minuses: Grill would not ignite, workings looked rusted. Internet was spotty. Ice/water dispenser broken on fridge (awaiting parts). Would have liked more cooking utensils (measuring cups, spatula) in kitchen. But these were minor issues. We would be happy to stay there again.

We had a great stay . Easy access to city for night life. Neighbors were all friendly. Parking was tough we just used casino garage for weekend.

Long weekend in ac
This property was lovely. Many updates and a nice equipped kitchen. The property is a short Uber ride or walk to the main strip. It was as listed and fit perfectly for 18 adults. The owner was easy to access and responded promptly. There are 3 parking passes for on street parking in front of house. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Atlantic city. Family Reunion
This was my family’s first experience renting a home. We had a wonderful time. Learned a lot for future rentals. The owners were very helpful and responsive and have detailed information about the house and what we would need. The house was comfortable for our large family .

Weekend Getaway for a Bunch of Old Guys
We are a group of friends who have been coming to AC for a weekend around St. Pat's Day for over 20 years. This house suited our needs to a tee. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to any requests or questions we had. We'd definitely stay here again!

House was just as described . Very large , fit our whole family comfortably. Plenty of beds and eating and living room. The host was great and quickly responded to all questions. Just a FYI , if you have teens , house has only basic cable so bring a fire stick or streaming devise . Would recommend this property for your next family vacation !

Great Stay for Any Season
We had a wonderful stay at Julia & Igor’s property. The house is right by a Jitney stop so it’s easy to get to the casinos. Very close to the beach as well. Spacious house and great for entertaining.

Great place for large family.
The house was very accommodating for large family. Easy walk to beach and boardwalk and outdoor dining. Pet friendly which was a plus for us. The driveway was blocked for major construction project next door but street parking was not a problem.

A large group of us stayed for a weekend get away and this property did not disappoint! It has three floors with very spacious rooms and everything was very clean and organized. Communication with the owners was wonderful. They always got back to me in a timely manner. We would absolutely stay again!
