We enjoyed the location of this condo. Walked everywhere. The condo is small, but very practical. It had everything we needed. The communication with the property manager was great. Denise made sure to accommodate our requests. Our kid enjoyed the swimming pool in the complex. The description of the condo is accurate. The beds were comfortable, the car parking space was super helpful, and the property was clean.

Spring break with my wife and 2 early teens, the place was the perfect size and well kept. Close to downtown and a block of the beach. Very convenient and we enjoyed our stay. Host was awesome to work with. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location. Walked everywhere. Restaurants, shopping, coffee shops all within a block or two. Loved having a pool option for windy days at the beach. It worked well for 2 adults and 2 teens. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was a cute beach themed 2 bedroom. We were I block away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Close to shopping on 3 rd ave and great restaurants. The power went out and Denise, the property manager took fast action and had us up and running. She checked on us during our stay and was so nice to talk to. The pool was also warm and wonderful. All in all I highly recommend this cute beach condo in the heart of Naples.

Our time spend at the Mariner was truly delighful - from early morning walks on the beach to shopping to sitting poolside in the evening to watching sunsets at night. The location was perfect as was the unit. Thank you!!

This was a great place to explore Naples and enjoy the beach. We loved being able to go to delicious restaurants a few minutes away and also be on the beach. Barely used our car! Property was clean and had beach chairs/umbrella/towels that we used. There was some construction happening in the complex but it didn’t impact our stay. Would love to come back!

I’ve stayed at the MARRINER many times throughout the years. Pam and her team are so great about following up and checking in on us to make sure everything was in order. I highly recommend and the location can’t be beat.

The condo is perfectly situated between the beach and the shops and restaurants! We loved that we didn’t have to get in the car and drive anywhere! Everything you need is within walking distance. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful long weekend for our family!

Really cute condo. Even though it was small, we had everything we needed AND it was well stocked, which you don't always get. The location is perfect-one block to the beach and one block to restaurants and farmers market. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the Watson team. Excellent communication

We truly enjoyed our first family visit to Naples staying in this quaint little condo. The location is outstanding, being a block to the beach and one block to all the 3rd Street restaurants and shops. Our 2-year-old son loved the pool too, which was perfect temperature. I highly recommend!

This place is super clean and quiet. Close to beach and close to shopping and restaurant. 2 minute walk to each. The pool is nice and the accommodations, though a small space were perfect for our family. We had a blast in this area.

The property was well-maintained, the pool was lovely, and the washer/dryer room on site helped us very much.
It was a fantastic location for our family to stay while we were in town for a family wedding. We were walking distance to many Old Naples shops & restaurants, but it was also easy to drive wedding events.

It has everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas... etc. The second bedroom would be better for kids, not for adults. Our daughter used the room, and she is 28. The two beds there were so tiny. The second bathroom was very small as well. The bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable for us, something with the mattress was not ok. We are not big tv lovers, but the remote control did not change the chanels in the main room. I loved the swimming pool and it's
size.
Overall our stay was good. We love Naples and will be back again.

Perfect location
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was as described. It is not a large space, but when in Naples, you aren't going to be staying indoors! I will say that the other reviews were accurate about the pillows. They do need some updating, and the king bed needs an updated pillow topper, but all in all ,I would stay here again. The location COULD NOT BE BETTER!!! The staff is very helpful and kind. We appreciated having beach gear provided by the condo.

I brought my teenage daughter and her friend to Naples for their spring break and the Naples Mariner couldn’t have been better. The location was perfect - across the street from the beautiful beach and pier and one block away from a beautiful downtown area. So many cute restaurants and shops (Tony’s Off 3rd was our favorite breakfast spot). The condo was spacious for the 3 of us and was very clean and inviting. It had a cute beach theme. The owner made us feel welcome and was always available to answer our questions. Thank you for making our spring break 2022 so memorable. We will definitely come back!

We couldn’t have been happier with the location. It was very close to the beach and the the town. We hardly used our car. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The lovely pool was an added bonus.

Cute little beachy condo, nicely renovated and very clean. Prime location across the street from the beach. Also walkable to Olde Naples restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, perfect for our visit
We were in town for bridal and baby showers for my nieces and the downtown location was great. The condo was small, exactly as listed, but well laid out and very clean. Check in was seamless and Pam was very accommodating.

It has everything everyone needs to enjoy a vacation, including beach towels, chairs, etc. The location is absolutely unbeatable. The host stayed in touch with us all time. The only concern that we had was the size of the TV set. We wish it was bigger. Apart from that everything was perfect.
