Layout of bedroom meant you couldn’t walk to window side of bed/room without rubbing against bed and dressing table.

Everything from the impressive beautiful looking building on arrival to the lovely welcoming and accommodating staff this hotel has it all. It's a little out in the country. However, if you are driving or hiring a car, it's in a perfect location. We were visiting London for the Windsor Horse Show and found the location ideal. The pool jacuzzi and steam room was a big bonus the facilities are beautiful.. The breakfast was bang on with plenty of choices. Big spaciousness room with very comfortable beds and very clean. It's also dog friendly adding a massive bonus to us if we are ever looking to stay in London in the future. We would totally recommend this hotel.

The spa was very dated and needed refreshing, paint was peeling everywhere, tiles had fallen on the ceiling in the steam room, the sauna floor was loose

Sehr freundliches Personal immer hilfsbereit. Schöne Ambiente. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Sehr schöne Spa, Training Raum und Pool. Großer Parkplatz.

Das Essen abends im Restaurant war etwas enttäuschend. Für uns war es kein Problem aber Gäste benötigen eigentlich einen eigenen PKW.

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel!! The breakfast was incredible with great variety of food. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a hotel located near to London.

Ridiculously expensive - this is a chain hotel with nothing out of the ordinary and located on a very busy road (A40). £12.50 for a small glass of white wine is excessive, not to mention the price of the room (no breakfast). Bathroom constantly chilly and unable to adjust ventilation.

The day manager on the front desk (sorry cannot remember her name) was exceptional. Sorted our genuine issues out in a superb way. Really listened, understood and acted.

A member of the Spa staff was unneccessarily unhelpful, rude and also was eating and drinking at the Spa desk. We were an inconvenience. BUT this was dealt with by the front desk manager and should not put anyone off the hotel.

The hotel looked amazing! Really modern and fresh! I have to say the spa treatment area is one of the best looking facilities I’ve seen! 😮‍💨👏🏾

The beds were not that comfortable and I was disappointed with the swimming changing rooms - there was puddles of water everywhere on the floor and it just didn’t match how amazing the main bit of the hotel looked like.

From arriving at the hotel we were surprised at how beautiful it was. The staff were fantastic.

The food was delicious worth the price. The pool and spa was amazing lovely jacuzzi. Love the lights around the pool area at night looks so pretty. The room was really nice and comfortable. Nice little touch having a free mini bar with snacks too. Great to be able to bring the dog and have a doggy package for her. Very thoughtful.

The room didn’t have a bath and having a king suit you’d expect a bath and a shower.

All the staff we spoke to were friendly and polite. The room itself was spacious and generally clean (see below). The inclusion of slippers and a complimentary mini bar were welcome additions. The bed, pillow selection and scent made for a great nights sleep, and the room was peacefully quiet. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of items available (cooked, continental, and even a pancake maker).

There was a stain/mark of some sort on the chair. The open design of the shower cubicle meant there was a considerable puddle on the bathroom floor when in use.

Restaurant in the evening was very disappointing poor service and very expensive for the food we received the wine was nice but again over priced. But the breakfast was absolutely rubbish very poor quality and tea and coffee were undrinkable.

Room was very nice, shower very good and the bed was comfortable. Some nice touches of complimentary snacks and drinks. Plenty of parking and the bar was nice to sit and have a drink.

While the room itself was clean, unfortunately there were a fair amount of ants in my room! I was out for the whole evening so didn't notice until I returned late in the evening so didn't fancy packing up my stuff and moving to another room. I did tell reception the morning after.
