L’emplacement. Le balcon aménagé. La taille de la chambre est correcte. La lit est confortable. Propriétaires et personnels sympathiques.

Petite salle de bains. Pas vraiment de kitchenette, juste une petite plaque avec un point chaud posée sur le réfrigérateur. Pas d’évier.

Top-Lage, es sind nur paar Gehminuten zum Strand, zur Neustadt oder zur Altstadt. Man bekommt beim Einchecken ein Mäppchen, wo alle wichtigen Informationen draufstehen (zB Strände, authentische Restaurants, Museen, Buslinien, etc..). Das ist sehr hilfreich. Zudem waren die Mitarbeitenden alle sehr nett. Das Hotel stellt Strandsachen zur Verfügung. Einige Zimmer haben einen Balkon mit sehr toller Sicht und romantischem Sonnenuntergang.

Ich persönlich empfand das Badezimmer als zu klein, aber ich denke, dass man darüber hinwegsehen kann. Zudem sollte einem klar sein, dass abends strikte Nachtruhe herrscht!

Highly recommend the hotel, great value and the hosts (I unfortunately only got the name of Yvonne) were very friendly and helpful. They even have self-made maps highlighting their recommendations which was very handy. The location is just off the main street in a quaint alley, only a 10ish minute walk to the old town and the central bus station. The room was comfortable and well-sized, and had all the necessities and a little beyond. Both a ceiling fan and AC were available as well though the fan was enough for me. If you're coming by bus from the airport to the hotel, I recommend following their instructions to get off at the Thermai bus stop instead of the earlier one that Google Maps says, as walking from Thermai is an easier route when with luggage.

The safe in the room is absolutely tiny so be aware of that if that is a concern.

Tesisin konumu gerçekten mükemmel. “Yeni şehir” tarafındaki en çok önerilen restoranlara ortalama 5 dakika uzaklıkta. Eski şehre yürümek bile çok uzun sürmüyor. Personel her anlamda çok yardımcı ve çözümcül. Karşılama esnasında şehre dair faydalı bilgiler aktardılar. Fiyat performans anlamında ise muazzam! Yine gelir kalırım ❤️

Location is absolutely perfect. Very quiet at night, no disturbances whatsoever. Beach is 6min walk. The hosts even provide beach equipment to borrow free of charge. Ivonne (the hostess) is a lovely person, highly knowledgeable and helpful. Speaks great English! Thank you so much, we will most definitely return to this place if the future allows.

Milý personál, skvělá lokalita v nádherné klidné uličce. Z balkonu jsme měli pěkný výhled, což nás velmi potěšilo. Check-out až ve 12 hodin. Škoda, že jsme nemohli zůstat déle.

it's not far to the sea, 400 m

a room on the 4th floor with no elevator and large marble steps on the roof itself. It looked like "hotel workers' quarters". No breakfast…I wouldn't go back here, it's an old building, but everything worked and there was air conditioning

The best place in Rhodes where I always have to return. Yvonne, the owner makes this small hotel a great place where I instantely feel at home when I arrive. This is not a mass tourism institution, but a place with heart where guests are very important. It's not a question that I'll return again. Many thanks, Yvonne, for your great hospitality!

Sijainti on hyvä rauhallisella sivukujalla ostoskadun palveluiden löytyessä nurkan takaa. Useampikin ranta ja vanhakaupunki ovat myös kävelyetäisyydellä. Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä ja auttavaista! Hotelli ja huone tarjoavat pienen aikamatkan matkustamiseen muutaman vuosikymmenen taakse mukavassa mielessä.

Great location and the hosts were extremely proactive in providing all the relevant information needed for your stay, including choice restaurants and bakeries.

Yvonne is a super host, very welcoming and knowledgeable about Rhodes. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, my room had a small kitchenette which was very useful to prepare breakfast or snacks. The area is lovely, set in a quiet pedestrian alley. There is a really nice local restaurant which Yvonne recommended, it was so good I ate there most evenings. Upon arrival by bus I followed the directions provided by the hotel, even though I arrived later in the evening Yvonne was ready to welcome me.

Die Lage in einer sehr ruhigen, malerischen Seitengasse ist der Neustadt war perfekt! Fußläufig viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Auch zu den Stränden (5 Min.), zum Mandraki-Hafen (5 Min.) und in die Altstadt (10 Min.) ist der Weg nicht weit. Yvonne kümmert sich rührend um ihre Gäste und hat Tips für Restaurants, Bars, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, etc. zusammengestellt. Das Frühstück ist lecker, vor allem die selbstgemachten Marmeladen, der Kaffee ist auch sehr gut. Das Hotel ist zwar sehr alt und alles wirkt ein wenig zusammengewürfelt, aber es ist auch relativ günstig im Vergleich. Des gibt genug Stauraum, auch im Bad! Und Pflegeprodukte und an der Rezeption sogar Sonnencreme etc.

Das Bett ist relativ hart, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Für ein paar Tage in Rhodos Stadt ok, für einen längeren Auenthalt würde ich eher woanders hingehen.

The location was great, close to bus stops, shops, restaurants and the beach was about five minutes walk away! ! Yvonne, the lady in charge of everything was absolutely amazing and she did everything she could to ensure I had a wonderful stay! There were plenty of clothes hangers, a safe, a balcony with plenty of space to hang your washing! Spotlessly clean! Loved the ‘beach room’ where you can find ‘beach stuff’ and sunscreen left behind by other visitors…recycling in the best way possible! I really appreciated the little kitchen area and I liked the quiet pedestrian street! If I had an issue Yvonne corrected it immediately!

My seven nights there went by too quickly! If I had to say something I’d say the bathroom is on the small size but it was perfect for me. If one is very big it may be a struggle to turn around in the shower!

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They have an information pack available with some helpful information for guests. They boast sustainability and live up to it. They encourage recycling of plastic, etc in the rooms as they have a bag specifically for recyclable materials. They have items which can be borrowed such as books, snorkel equipment, beach bags, beach towels among other items The hotel location in the new town is excellent. You're only a street away from the hub of restaurants and pubs. Despite the proximity, the nights are not very loud. The hotel is also very well located with regards to the beach. It's really quick to get to the beach which is great. You're not too far from Mandraki port either, so if you book any excursions, they will usually start from there, so no need to wake up too early as you're only about 10 minutes away! It's a really nice and basic hotel with great staff, great location and it's well worth staying here if you're interested in staying in Rhodes Town.

Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Ivonne especially is really really sweet and made me feel very special. Towels, sunscreen, maps and recommendations for restaurants are easy to access and borrow. Great location and you won't find better value for money in town. I will go again.

The bathroom was quite noisy with a slight dripping noise but otherwise no complaints for the price I paid.
