I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and always had a smile on their faces. The food was delicious. Highly recommended.

팜가든이라는 이름처럼 조경이 잘 되어 있고 수영장이나 시설을 깨끗하게 관리하는거 같아 좋았습니다 :) 공항 픽업 서비스도 이용했는데 피드백도 빠르고 매우 친절합니다 그리고 제일 좋았던 점은 프라이빗 비치입니다!! 조용한거 좋아하시는 분들한테는 큰 장점입니다! 누워서 쉬면 정말 행복합니다!!!레스토랑 조식과 식사도 개인적으로 좋았습니다 .호이안 구시가지 식당보다 훨 괜찮음

샤워기조절이 안되어 샤워할때 좀 불편하고 수압이 약합니다 . 주변에 편의시설이 부족하긴 합니다..!

The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. From Un the Food and Beverage Manager, to Vu the lifeguard and all the reception staff, it was great. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Would stay here again.

Nothing except the government was doing dredging of the beach in front of the hotel to replace the sand - not the hotel's fault at all the noise.

Great location on the beach and only 10 taxi ride into Hoi An

Palm Garden Beach Resort was absolutely amazing. This resort is so beautiful. The food was incredible, the rooms were pristine clean, and the grounds were extremely well maintained. I have been travelling for quite a few years now and this accommodation was by far one of my favourites! The staff are all beautiful, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided has everything you can think of and more, 10/10!! I was sad to leave! I will definitely be back in the future.

I was ill the next day from eating at the outdoor, near the beach, Italian themed restaurant. Speaking to another couple a few days later, one of them was too. The pool has green algae around the edges and on one day the water turned green from being light blue the day before.

5 Sterne für: - Lage direkt am Meer mit sauberem Strand - sehr gepflegte Grünanlage - Warteraum an der Rezeption mit Getränken und Snacks - Zimmer war sehr geräumig

Fitnessstudio: absolut unbrauchbar die Fitnessgeräte mit Gewichten und wirklich gefährlich! Man sollte sie sofort entsorgen. Damit überhaupt zu werben, ist schon sehr fraglich. Insgesamt war alles sehr alt. Die Liegen am Meer sind halb auseinander gefallen. Bei den Sonnenschirmen hatte ich Angst, dass sie mir jeden Moment auf den Kopf fallen, gerade wenn etwas mehr Wind ging. Auch das Spa hat wirklich keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Insgesamt finde ich das für ein 5 Sterne (!) Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Hinzukommt, dass man aufgrund der 5 Sterne in den Restaurants, Spa etc. europäisch Preise verlangt, die deutlich über dem ortsüblichen liegen (z.B. Kaffe über 4€, kleine Kokosnuss über 3€ etc.).

In the bungalows which I paid a premium for, the layout is very poor. A large area of the room was taken up by an open area filled just with a bath and bathroom sink/mirror. This area could have been far better used by including a full lounge or table and chairs. The toilet was in the shower area so when taking a shower it flooded the toilet area at the same time.

We loved the whole atmosphere of the resort- it’s lush and beautiful. Our room was spacious and clean. We requested a ground floor room to make it even more convenient for us. Staff were wonderfully friendly, always greeting us with a smile. Breakfast buffet was excellent- so much variety and all tasted fresh and delicious. The pool was fantastic- we spent hours there and our 4 year old enjoyed the shallow areas as well as the deeper parts. We wished there was a slide but other than that perfect. The beach is a few minutes away- very secluded but there is construction on each side of the hotel so I expect it won’t be as exclusive for long. The trip to Hoi An town is easy and cheap via Grab. You need to go at least once as it was a highlight (we went every day!)

Unfortunately the restaurants menu (it’s the same menu in every restaurant!) for lunch and dinner is very disappointing. We tried twice but didn’t enjoy the food. Even the kids chicken nuggets were barely recognizable and our child wouldn’t touch them! If this was improved we would have liked to have had more meals at the resort. Instead we had some cocktails and then ate outside the resort. There are a few places right outside with varied menus- so just cross the road and have a look. The TV was glitchy and kept turning itself off but we didn’t want to watch, only testing it out. We wished there was a moveable shower head in the bathroom for convenience. The reception area is open so no aircon- changing that would make it more comfortable when you arrive/are waiting for a taxi.

Resort set right on beach with stunning views of Cham islands. Spacious grounds with large pool and great facilities. Plentiful beds and shades on the beachfront with handy bar too. Staff helpful and food good. Cabs to Hoi An cheap and other beaches with food (An Bang) walkable.

The resort is just minutes away from Hoi An and it is a great base to explore this beautiful ancient town. The resort is fantastic with a very nice beach, pristine sea, beautiful swimming pool, comfortable rooms, good restaurants and beautiful garden. I just loved everything here! The staff was very helpful and friendly; everyone did an outstanding job! I would like to thank ladies at the reception for fulfilling all our requests. I also liked extra activities for the guests like making lanterns - great idea!

Shuttle to hoi a does not run at night leaving guests to find others ways to return to the resort. Beach was dirty. Room cleaning staff pushy and rude.

Amazing location, great amenities and very friendly and helpful staff.

The beach was great for swimming and the pool was a great spot to lay about. The beach side bar hut happy hour was good value. The breakfast was a huge buffet. We got two rooms side by side which worked well with our 9 and 16 year Olds. The location was really good to get into hoian for 100k dong do some shopping and eating then lay about at resort. We stayed 5 nights.

The location is good, close to Hoi An old city. Staff very warm and welcoming all the time. The environment is wonderful, peaceful and in harmony with the nature.

Food was delicious but need more variety at the restaurant for lunch or dinner.

The setting and the gardens are stunning. Beach is ok not the best but pool area is great
