Everything was perfect the only thing is they where fixing the pool but is good they are improving, and the breakfast was really good

It looked nothing like the paradise pictures, it looked abandoned, no maintnance, the pool was full of sand, breakfast was alright… Once you get of the boat at Phi Phi the walk is longer than what it says on Booking.

roof top swimming pool was the only good thing about this resort

- not much facilities compared to the price - tourist trap snorkeling tour: for the total 4 hour tour we snorkeled about 35 min. instead they asked for 400 Baht pp to enter the national park during the tour. we did not go and waited 1 hr! in the boat (no swimming allowed!!) - 3% extra charge when paid by credit card… known when you are there and checking in - very very poor breakfast. Utensils used to make and have breakfast were ages old. we were lucky not being poisoned.

Rather run down. No tea / coffee making facilities, no bedside lamps, hairdryer or phone. Breakfast poor but in a nice location.

hotel room really needed some TLC, shower was a wet room so floor was constantly wet. curtains let in so much light and could hear everything your neighbours were saying it was so loud!

the balcony in the room was very nice, the staff was nice and welcoming

the bed is way to hard for me the water pressure in the shower is very very low, took me 40 minutes to get the conditioner out of my hair 😩 the room was not clean when we first gut it, stains on the floor… and if you don’t put the sign of “please clean my room” out on the door, they will not clean your room.

Location ok.

Lower pool was oily and shallow. We only swam in it once. The upstairs pool had very high acid and burns the eyes, we only swam in it once.

The roof top pool was amazing and the location was perfect.

The staff could not be more helpful! Great location. Would stay again.

The staff is very nice

The hotel presentation is misleading and the room was of very low quality for the price we paid.

On arrival we was given our orginal room however upon complaining we were changed straight away into a better room. Since the room change everything was OK, it was cleaner and brighter. There was a TV which had some channels on. The location was just outside of the main town and only required a 5 minute walk to be in the center of the town. There was a tourist excursion booth right outside the hotel which had friendly staff making us go back to them whenever we booked something. Also outside the hotel is a shop that's open until late for any essentials. There were 2 pools one on ground level and one of the roof top. We didn't use them so unable to comment any further.

On arrival we were shown to our room c-14 and in the hallway it was all grey and dark with no lights. It almost seemed unfinished. Upon entering the room, the mood did not change. All the walls were just grey concrete, dull lighting and it stunk of mould. Our bed sheets and pillows felt damp and it become unbearable to breath resulting in a request of a room change which was granted straight away.

Not much

The bed is like sleeping on a rock, the prayer calls from the minaret are quite noisy and the first hits at 0530 so if you are sensistive to nois, choose another place to stay. The breakfast is poor, buy has a senic view. The rooms are okay, a little bit worn out.

I really liked the fact that after we did the checkout we still had a few hours, so we went to the beach, and when we returned they provided us with a room to take a shower.
