Location was better than we hoped, hotel was very chic and staff friendly, attentive and helpful

Air conditioning in room didn't seem 100%

We loved our stay at L'Avenida. - the location is perfect, beautiful street, 2 minute walk from the centre and tram - the hotel is nicely designed, the room was comfortable and well equipped, the bed was massive and we loved the shower - the staff go above and beyond at every opportunity, genuinely friendly and helpful, so welcoming - the breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of it - the pool and sunbeds are super inviting and relaxing after a day out (or for a lazy day in) - we stayed in a poolside room and it was nice having a private table reserved for us outside the room for brekkie

- our room (one of the poolside rooms) has quite a low ceiling and in the mornings you could hear footsteps from the room above, it didn't bother us massively but worth knowing if you intend to sleep late

Everything about the hotel is first class and the staff are the best I have ever encountered. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast and lunches were very good, lots of options and always served with a smile.

The location is perfect right in the middle of town, the hotel is a beautiful old house, lovely decor and very helpful and attentive manager. The pool was the icing on the cake and well needed after the heat of the town.

Cooked breakfast could have been better and there was no real place to sit and relax other than your room or by the pool.

Excellent location - only a 2 minute walk from a huge range of restaurants. Matthew was great and was always on hand to help with anything we needed. Huge comfy beds and always available sun loungers by the quiet pool. Very easy, relaxing stay.

Wonderful hotel in superb, central location in Soller. Staff were so helpful - they went out of their way to help us and gave us lots of great recommendations for hikes etc around Soller. Pool area was lovely and breakfast was great too.

Beautiful building in a lovely setting with great views. All of the staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Amazing bed, just so comfortable! The hotel is a boutique hotel. Small and so cozy! Honestly, this is exactly what you need in Mallorca if looking to relax. The pool area is a bit smaller then I exepected. The staff is amazing.

Beautifully designed hotel with a singular feel, lovely large patio with pool where they serve a delicious breakfast. Room design is impeccable and special, beds are very comfortable. Our room was huge and allowed resting and hanging out as well as sleeping. Location excellent with bars and restaurants walking distance. Staff is über friendly and helpful.

Only thing I liked less is that our room was on the street side and there was some traffic early morning that woke me up in spite of double glazing. Having said that, I am a very light sleeper. Unfortunately a room change wasn’t possible without downgrading seriously which we didn’t want to do.

Each room is unique. Cleaned everyday. Staff is super professional, friendly, helpful. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was served by the table which was great and gave a special feeling. Massage in the room was exceptional. A bit pricy but worth it.

Wonderful hotel! The staff is wonderful and very helpful! Rooms are delicate furnished and the pool area is very nice! Would recommend to everyone!
