Ambiance food and delightful staff

Great location

Our room was a bit tired. The bathroom was quite small and the shower leaked all over the floor

Relaxed vibe, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location for travelling in/ out of Penzance by train. Good food. And plenty of space in pub for working and relaxing as well as socialising.

The rooms probably need a little bit of a spruce up, but were clean and in full working order.

Location is good but apart from that is expensive for what it is.

Both nights we asked if we could have dinner in their pub they said they were fully booked, and there were tables available all time because we had drinks..

Staff very helpful and freindly. Location excellent. Breakfast good.

The bathroom in our room, room 11, was very small. The shower was good but there was very little room to move in the actual room.

good breakfast selection (mine was included but deals vary), dinner (had the golden years option), facilities, location. The staff were prepared to go the 'extra mile' to help.

The cold weather, but they can't do anything about that in February, but it was bright and sunny.

The breakfast was bloody lovely. one of the nicest I’ve had.

The pub, room was good and helpful staff. 👍 room was clean and good for the money. Thanks guys will use again pending on seasonal prices.

The chair in the room I would not trust it to sit in , the shower hose was given to kinking and slowing the effectiveness of the shower

Location 11 out of 10, round the corner from the railway station. Room, excellent. Shower easy to use. Bedroom warm, bed really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I even had dinner the night I left and was able to leave my suitcase. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

There was a little traffic noise but that's all.

staff were very friendly, rooms were lovely and tv was great quality. Nothing was too much for the staff at breakfast. Location was brilliant, close to the town centre and the beaches.

Shower heat and temperature was great, the only issues were the curtain rail and the height of the bottom part where the water drains. It just meant that the water got all over the bathroom floor. Apart from that really great service and touches in the room.

The room rather noisy with open windows . Unluckily, there was a group of people right under my window chatting loudely at 5 am who were then picked up by a vehicle. All this very noisy as if there were nobody sleeping just a couple of meters from them ....If it would be a regular group, it would be good to iinform them ..
